We liked the breakfast and our room

Our Etsy was great. I only thing was the air-conditioning was loud and rattling. All the people were great.

Looks like it recently had a facelift. It was clean and welcoming. I was losing interest in Hampton Inns because they are poorly maintained but this one was very good.

Check in was super easy. The room was supposed to accommodate 5 adults, it only had 2 queen beds they kindly gave us a second room right next to each other. Very friendly

The check-in process was so quick and smooth. We appreciated the warm cookie in the lobby. Our room is neat and clean with ample lighting for different zones. The coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave in our room made eating dinner in our room so easy after driving all day. We were happy with the convenience of this property and the welcome we received.

We parked a big Uhaul here for a night with no problems. The manager was super nice and our room was clean and comfy.

I was wondering why this basic looking motel was rated 3 stars, when most similar looking motels are rated a 2. And then it struck me that unlike most of the reviews I write, I didn't have a single serious suggestion for improvement. Our stay at this hotel provided all that we wanted. A clean room, comfortable beds, a power block on the desk, decent internet Wi Fi, good bedding and towels, good locks, quiet at night, convenient parking, a good breakfast, nice staff, and even a nightlight in the bathroom. The only inconvenience was due to the CrowdStrike Security update that negatively affected so many Windows computers. That made multiple room keys unavailable until an update patch was available. But since that issue affected millions of businesses, I say that the staff at the Hampton Inn worked around this problem well. We'd return and stay here again.

This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. Vivian and Emma , the breakfast host, were awesome. They go out of their way to make your experience very enjoyable. Even when it’s late, they make sure you have food to eat. They made a lasting impression on my entire family. Vivian went out of her way to make us feel at home. I felt like I was at my mamaw’s dinner table with endless bacon and taters. The front desk staff went out of their way to welcome us . Nicest people I have ever met. Overall great experience and will definitely be back .
