Que supresa maravilhosa foi esse hotel! A começar pelo atendimento de toda equipe do hotel - atendimento impecável! Passamos por 3 hotéis em Portugal, o atendimento do Ms Collection é de longe o melhor! Parabéns por toda a equipe. Muito muito educados e prestativos. Inclusive estava em Aveiro para um Congresso, e precisei imprimir algumas coisas. A recepção prontamente imprimiu tudo! Localização excelente, quarto e banheiro excelente! Roupa de cama e banho, muito muito boa! O café da manhã, um dos melhor que já experimentei. Comparo inclusive, a um café da manhã que tive em Maldivas. E para fechar com chave de ouro, o restaurante do hotel é do chefe Rui Paula. Jantamos nesse restaurante todos os dias, de tão maravilhoso!

This is a fabulous hotel. Part of the collection of small luxury hotels, it lived up to its name. Our room was clean, quiet, with a historic decor yet modern amenities. Central location to the historic sights in Aveiro, and a short drive/Uber/taxi to the seaside towns of Costa Nova and Barra. All aspects of our stay were top notch, including the room, reception, concierge service, housekeeping, restaurant, pool, and spa. Complimentary mini bar and bottle of Reserve Port on arrival! We felt pampered and well rested at the end of our stay. I feel the room price was fair for the quality of services that one receives at this hotel.

Hotel nel centro di Aveiro in un palazzo storico. Ho sicuramente un parere positivo di questo Hotel per l'accoglienza e per la super colazione dolce e salata, da 5 stelle, compreso l'ottimo cappuccino preparato dal bar. Non ho dato il massimo perché la camera signature non era da 5 stelle, confortevole ma molto basica.

Maravilhoso. Hotel boutique, excelente serviço e atenção ao cliente. Quartos espaçoso e com uma decoração lindíssima. Cama e almofadas super confortáveis. Pequeno almoço muito bom e de qualidade. Localização junto ao canal, com mu muitos restaurantes na proximidade.

Nous avons apprécié chaque moment. La chambre, le restaurant, le personnel, nous ont permis de passer un merveilleux séjour. Mention spéciale pour la sortie en bateau organisée par l'hôtel. L'emplacement permet de se promener facilement dans la ville.

Absolute perfection! Everything from the rooms, the food, the location, and especially the staff are excellent. We have stayed here for two night with our teenage children and can confirm that this is definitely a 5 star hotel. The pool and spa area are exceptional. We very much look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel and will highly recommend others to stay and enjoy this luxury hotel. Many thanks to all the staff who made our stay so special (especially Kelly in the restaurant).

Most amazing hotel in the middle of Aveiro. Every detail is perfect, and the staff are all just amazing. Don't think I have ever had such a pleasent stay at a hotel. If you are in Portugal and want to spoil yourself and your wife, then you should go to MS Collection.

Had we known that this hotel was so beautiful, stylish and comfortable, we would have stayed longer in Aveiro! It is very centrally located and well appointed with beautiful touches. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast which had something for all tastes. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Um fim de semana excelente em Aveiro. No hotel foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Desde a recepção, os funcionários excelentes e sempre atentos a tudo,o quarto lindíssimo e um pequeno almoço incrível com todo o requinte e pormenor. O SPA foi Top! Adorei, é para repeti Obrigado!
