Waren zum ersten Mal hier! Wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und sind vom gesamten Erscheinungsbild (Lobby, Restaurant,Bar, Ruheräume und Zimmer) total begeistert! Die 3/4 Pension ist auch genial! Danke für alles was ihr bietet! Kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben ein paar Tage über Auffahrt im Viertler verbracht. Wir waren sehr begeistert über das sehr angenehme Format - hinsichtlich Grösse des Hotels. Die Infrastruktur erfüllt jegliche Wünsche, sehr kreative Inneneinrichtung - super. Die Kulinarik überzeugt mit ihrer Raffinesse - ganz tolle Leistung der Küche! Zu guter Letzt - und matchentscheidend - das Personal. In allen Bereichen - sei es Service, Reception, Bar und auch Housekeeping - allesamt sehr nett, freundlich, natürlich und immer wohlwollend für den Gast - dies ist eine Meisterleistung! All diese Leistungen ergeben ein hervorragendes Paket für die Gäste - genau so muss es sein. Wir empfehlen Sie sehr gerne weiter und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir wünschen weiterhin ganz viele Gäste - bleiben Sie ihrer Linie treu - und hegen und pflegen sie ihr Personal....sie sind Gold Wert....

Wunderbare Auszeit mit phantastischem Essen und einem tollen Wellnessbereich. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein und hilft aktiv, dass der persönliche Aufenthalt keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel con il mio compagno e il bambino di un anno. L’hotel ha zone comuni ampie , moderne e ben tenute, una bella spa e una piscina interna/esterna a sfioro riscaldata. La nostra camera famigliare era grande e silenziosa. Cibo molto buono, forse anche un po’ troppo raffinato! Personale gentilissimo.

Man merkt gleich beim Eintreten, dass das Hotel gut geführt ist. Die professionellen und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter lassen einem nichts fehlen. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, welche immer präsent sind, erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Die gute Ausgangslage ermöglicht Spaziergänge und Wanderungen auch mit den Kindern. Der neue Zubau fügt sich harmonisch im Stammhaus ein; sehr gut gelungen. Tolle Architektur, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

Fantastico, pulito, cucina ottima nulla da dire, personale preciso e gentile. Ci tornerò. Appena ristrutturato, curato nei dettagli, anche per chi desidera avvicinarsi alla montagna ma senza trovare confusione e piccolo al punto giusto.

Un posto dove ho lasciato il cuore. Camera spaziosa, dotata di ogni confort con balconi affacciati alle vette innevate. Bagno enorme, con bidet e doccia walk in. Pulizia impeccabile, profumo in tutti gli ambienti. Set di cortesia completo, kit spa fornito in camera all’ arrivo, cioccolatini al check in, acqua in camera fresca da sorgente con tappo in legno aromatizzato. SPA da sogno con piscina a sfioro interna ed esterna con vista sui paesaggi innevati circostanti, salette del relax calde e accoglienti, saune e angolo tisane e snack molto fornito. Pulizia in ogni ambiente. Location da incanto, cibo gourmet da lasciarti senza parole. Servizio di merenda offerto: buffet di dolci fatti in casa e piatti caldi delizioso dopo una giornata sulle piste. Vicinanza agli impianti, garage sotterraneo incluso, l’hotel formica una card per gli spostamenti con il bus (fermata davanti all’ hotel) gratuito per gli impianti di risalita e la città. Staff impeccabile e gentile, hanno saputo accogliere ogni nostra richiesta con sorriso e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa più che mai. Grazie per questo sogno. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare.
