We had low expectations reading the reviews but this was actually a great place to stay! We booked an apartment with separate bedroom and bunk bed room tor the kids and there was plenty room. Everything you need for a week self catering, very well equipped. Apartment was clean and we had lots of bedding and towels. Views are amazing. Ski locker was a good size and you can ski in and out. You can access the main centre via two public lifts and there is a supermarket right at the bottom. Only families near us, no excessive noise.

We stayed in a one bed apartment with alcove. The positives were the apartment was very spacious with a separate bath and shower room. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and the towels and bedding were clean. There were two large balconies with views across the resort. It was good ski in/out. The negatives: the apartment was dated with broken cupboards and radiators and it wasn't overly clean. We were advised on booking that we would be able to pay on arrival for a late check out but this was dismissed on arrival. As the reception isn't always open we were unable to leave our luggage in store while we ski'd on the last day as there was no way to access the luggage room when reception was closed so one of us had to stay behind with the bags. They say that transport is free to get to and from the hotel but we could not get through on the number provided. So we had to sort this ourselves. Although it was reasonably priced things could have been better.

First the positives : - (1) perfect ski out and in (2) well equipped kitchen including dishwasher , teatowels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, full sized fridge, pan scrub (3) supermarket very nearby (4) good central heating (5) bath with shower above (6) toilet in same room as sink..... quite rare in France! (7) door between the bedrooms. The negatives : - (1) very noisy, lots of partying until the early hours most nights (2) uncomfortable sofa bed (3) ski lockers very narrow and deep, difficult to reach skis unless you have long arms (4) no safe in the room although the people next door but one did have one (5) dusty (6) keycode for entering boot room from outside, but there was a permanently open door a few yards to the left that anyone could walk into (7) no hairdryer (8) we went with Crystal and the ski hire they recommended was a long way away

Has to be the worst excuse of a room. Told it was professionally cleaned before we arrived. Room was not habitable due to toxic mould and mess. Blood all over bathroom wall. Toxic mould meaning bathroom could t be used. Shower connection was broken and so didn’t even have a shower. Dirt all over floor and beds. Checking deck closed so could not complain on the day. Charged a cleaning fee which is an utter joke.

Booked through ***********, we chose this apartment as photos on *********** suggested it was part of the Pierre & Vacances group who we have used before and liked. The apartment did not come with linen and towels so we paid €70 to rent them. Arriving at the apartment we found our keys in a lock-box and gained access. The apartment was small, dirty, and mould was on the ceiling of the bathroom; it was cramped. We could live with this as it was cheap and all that was available for the dates we wanted. There was no bed linen or towels in the room. We phoned the number provided and were told that they would be provided in a couple of hours. We accepted this as we had arrived early. We headed out to sort ski rental and passes. After returning a couple of hours later we found that there was still no linen or towels. We called the number again to be told that “they had run out” and that none would be provided at all for the duration of our stay, one week. We were told to visit other hotels nearby and ask them if we could help. Residence Antares refused to help. They refused to source linen or towels and provided zero assistance. We visited a nearby Pierre & Vacances property and asked them to help. It was only then did we realise that the apartment we rented was not actually part of the group. Pierre & Vacances apparently own the building but this particular apartment was privately owned…… They too refused to rent us linen or towels. We tried to find some in the local shops, nothing! We were travelling with a 10 year child and so clean bedding and towels are important. Residence Antares REFUSED to help us. It was not viable for us to stay in this apartment. We could not let our young child stay in the dirty place. We checked into another building and did not stay a single night in Residence Antares. RESIDENCE ANTARES SAY IT WAS OUR CHOICE NOT TO STAY IN THEIR DISGUSTING ROOM AND SO THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE US. We had a lovely holiday DESPITE the horrendous first few hours. I would implore you to avoid this place.

Absolute pile of poo accomodation. Dirty and disgusting. Had to book somewhere else in resort on arrival as it was so bad. Look at all the other bad reviews on *********** never even got a refund despite never even staying there 1 night. Mont blanc booking also a joke
