a horrible hotel! I have traveled a lot, but the room at this hotel is the most horrible I have seen anywhere in the world! the bathroom door handle is broken, the door is sticky and dirty, the curtain is dirty with grease and paint, there is a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the bed, the table is full of grease and dry coffee, cigarette residues in the balcony, mess! cleaning in the rooms rarely to none.

we paid 200 per night but: -We never saw someone cleaning the pool or the outside area, - The breakfast quality is the worst - toilets in the common areas were tragic, - no fresh towels even that we gave a deposit of 10 eur for each - pool beds were dirty

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been. Definitely it’s not a three or four stars hotel as they advertise. You pay €200/ night for a family room but: - you need to rent the towels for the swimming pool - No fresh towels every day - No toilet brush in the room - No air condition in the lobby area and in the breakfast room - The buffet of the breakfast it’s quite big but the quality is the worst. - The common amenities are always dirty. - The pool water is cloudy and hot. Positive: - the staff is very polite .

Мой самый любимый отель на Кипре в Айя Напе. Невероятно гостеприимные хозяева и уютно как дома. Превосходный вид из номера. Очень вкусная еда и я каждый год предпочитаю только этот отель побывав в нем хоть раз вам не захочется уезжать! Люблю. Благодарю 🫶❤️🙏

This is the worst hotel I've been. - No fresh towel every day - strange smell when you enter the room the first time - No toilette brush - No laundry service - Breakfast is quite big but all the products are the lowest quality available - the furniture are from 200 years ago minimum - No air conditioning in the lobby - not located in a central area - we've booked a room for 4 people and one of the bed was like a bench - the staff is pretending the people are awake at 9 am to make the room when on vacation Honestly one of my worst hotel experience in my life. I see positive reviews about this place and 100% are made by people probably living in tents or that have never seen a nice modest hotel or anything else with regards to comfort. Sono il responsabile di un gruppo di 30 persone. Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel x una settimana. Ho chiesto solo x me, normalmente quando si prendono tante camere, ci sta una gratuità, di tenere la mia camera 6 ore in più. Mi hanno chiesto 40 euro. So che non era dovuto darmela free. Siccome ci sono state molte disattenzioni che abbiamo tollerato, dopo questo comportamento le evidenzio. Ad alcune camere non sono stati rifatti i letti e presumo neanche le pulizie x 3/4 giorni. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola non sono stati cambiati x alcuni x 4 giorni, solo su richiesta. Nelle camere avevamo lasciato della spazzatura e li è rimasta. Al bagno non c'era lo scopettino x il water. In camera alcuni di noi avevano solo una presa. Per ricaricare il cellulare dovevamo staccare il frigo. Insomma, faccio questo mestiere e so come funziona. Chiedermi 40 euro non è stato un bel gesto

We had a great time in Kissos hotel. Breakfast was great, rooms and bathroms were exceptionaly clean every day. The best part of the hotel is pool and bar next to it. The little problem was that we had room next to the main road which is pretty loudy so it is hard to sleep long enough in the morning.
