Hotel presentant énormément d'humidité, avec des chambres ne ressemblant pas aux photos de présentation de l'hotel. Les chambres sont obscures, vieilles, sans aucune commodités (pas de serviettes, pas d'accessoires etc). Le personnel n'est pas à l'écoute ou bien n'a pas le pouvoir de décision ou de prise d'initiative pour améliorer les choses.
Nous avons renoncé à prendre notre chambre, et depuis maintenant une semaine en attente, aucun retour de l'hotel, malgré les tentatives de Trip de les contacter.
Nous avons du trouver une solution d'urgence par nos propres moyens.
Je ne vous recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Excellent place, how quiet, the pool has a relaxing atmosphere. Good location of points of interest and very close to the lagoon! Near the bus station and the market place. without a doubt 100% recommended. Ask for Miguel, he will always help you.

It is a must again to stay at this amazing hotel friendly staff great value , locations , rooms , walkable. Near restaurants by , market , the laguna is about 5 block away , they offer great laguna tours , information on hand and generally it is a great hotel to stay in for any travels need

Antonio me atendió muy bien, muy atento en todo. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias y tienen todo los necesario para pasarla bien en tus vacaciones, la ubicación está muy bien ya que está cerca del ADO y centro histórico. Sin duda volvería.

Me encanaron las instalaciones, la atención que nos dió el joven Antonio fue muy buena, muy serviciales todos, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias porsupuesto que volveremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones, espero mi opinión sea de utilidad.

My finance and I visited this beautiful place and we will definitely come back. The hotel is super close to the market where you can get fresh produce. The laguna is also about 5 blocks away. Antonio was AMAZING. We were super lost /our GPS wasn’t working when we arrived, so he kindly helped us with directions. He gave us recommendation on fun places to visit and good places to eat. He also found us a great coffee shop to do our remote work at! His charisma and friendliness was welcome. The food is great, the pool is amazing, and the rooms are clean with a modern touch! Thanks for having us :)

Sin duda un lugar para volver. La estancia es muy cómoda y todo está como de ensueño, tiene lo que necesita para un tiempo de relajación y disfrute. Las áreas tienen una bella vista. El área de piscina muy linda y la atención que me dió la señorita Malinalli desde que llegué, sin duda es un plus para este lugar. Gracias,me encantó.
