it’s a very satisfying stay at Moi Ella. Mr Jerry looked after us very well. He provided us with unimaginable services, which exceeded our expectations. We all (11 of us) spent the 3 days very happily and comfortably. And the entire staff including Sayura at reception were really friendly and very supportive. I would definitely give 10/10 for this entire hotel experience. And we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family without a doubt. Thumbs up for Mr. Jerry’s fine attitude. We really appreciate him for comforting us in every way possible. This property has super views from roof top floor. Surrounding is very clean and well maintained. Roadway is pretty simple and has plenty of parking space. Rooms are clean and we really enjoyed all their different menu food items throughout our stay. Fabulous place to stay! The view from our room was magical-we loved our mornings drinking tea and watching the sunrise. The staff were next level amazing! Restaurant was great with plenty of options. Great location-nice walk into town and then take a tuk tuk back up. Close to 9 arches bridge walk and the little Adam peak hike. Excellent location to access all Ella has to offer with a bonus of superb staff, property and food!
