Lords hotels and resort are always provid best service. We are stay 7 nights in la vida. Everything is perfect.staff are well trained. Food test was also very god. Location is very good. Hamerz night club Baga beach.anjuna beach.kaya king.one short everything is perfect

It was a fabulous stay at goa. Hospitality is excellent. Staff is well trained and they are well behaved. I would highly recommend this hotel. And last not the least, my trip is always the best.

The loction is good but one will need a bike to reach near by breaches. The apartment is pretty well equipped with fridge, microwave, it has 2 balconies and 2 washrooms even for 1 bedroom apartment. It's a complete value for money property. It has breakfast too but with very limited varieties but tasty. I would definitely recommend this place!

We checked-in at night. In all of our rooms, bedsheets, pillow covers, blankets were not washed or changed. There were big stains on the sheets. Toilet seat was broken. Toilet door lock was broken. Some toiletries were partially used. The person at reception couldn’t do anything at night and some of the stuff was catered to only the next day. We slept in horrible conditions on first day. Some pillows were not changed until we had checked out. Horrible experience. Never going there again.

We went to the hotel with lots of expectations, the hotel was completely opposite of it. Firstly the owner was very blunt. The hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel and didn’t have facilities of a 1 star hotel. It didn’t include basic tea making machine, no toiletries no cleaning of room, etc etc. The swimming pool was not cleaned it ruined our mood to enjoy in the swimming pool. The owner offered us a one day free voucher for the poor facilities, which i think cannot compensate your enjoyment.
