We stayed at this property on 23rd Jan.it amazingly spreading the outskirts of the city.it is easy access to the Badami caves and Banashankari temple .Food was great and loveable to taste .The rooms are good with clean sheets .The property is getting expanded into new 15 rooms beside it .it has ample parking area with security guards .we plan to come again by this year end .The staff is very polite and respectful.Thanks for your prompt service at all .

Well, as the reviews says , they definitely need to maintain the restaurant amenities which is the most important part. The rooms are spacious and clean but some rooms are not maintained properly. The flush isn't working in some rooms or broken, the water comes out of the basin, the comodes are broken in some rooms. AC aren't maintained properly , they don't have remote controls , you have to switch off through switch , you can't control the temprature. Some rooms have TV facility some rooms doesn't. Even if you're paying same amount for each and every room , it's on your luck to receive fully functional room. Coming to the food , food you get here is really good. But more options in the breakfast menu can be added. Slow service is the main issue here, if you're on time you can be lucky otherwise brace yourself to wait for a long time. Overall, if you're charging this much you can atleast maintain the rooms? It says international and it's not national worth as the rooms are not properly maintained

We stayed there on 8 March 2023 The hotel is right on the busy road, Thin and worn out grey towels, smelly pillows, dirty cups in the room, no tea, coffee, milk, spoons in the room, lukewarm shower, Reception staff offered to change the room and showed 2 more rooms - all had patches of dirt here and there, monkeys on the window, blown out bulbs in the bathroom, nice food in the restaurant but hair found in the curry and the restaurant tariff was relatively expensive. This turned out to be the worst of all the hotels we stayed during our tour of south India. The added disappointment was because of the driver (Yusuf) who was allocated to us by the hotel to take us around for sightseeing at Badami caves and Hampi. He made us hire an auto-rickshaw at Hampi for an additional charge of Rs 1000 to take us to various points of attraction where he was supposed to take us and was already paid for it. At the end of the tour, he also de***ded a large additional amount of money to pay for toll fee, waiting and parking charges. This was in spite of the fact that the car hire was already paid for in full, inclusive of all charges. It was not until I rang up my travel agent in Kolkata that he allowed us to leave.

Very good hotel with big rooms and good room service and breakfast is with buffet you can have lots of options to eat in breakfast property location is best and near highway with very can and peaceful atmosphere also swimming pool is very big this property is in construction but still it is very good after completing all construction work this hotel will be very excellent. Stayed there for a night while returning to Bangalore. Located in the main road, near Kamat Hotel and close to Gol Gumbaz. Hotel is small, unlike the pictures posted. Had booked a triple occupancy room, we were given a small room with a queen bed and an extra bed (floor). Costly for the size of the room. The beds occupied 90% of the room. Bath and Toilet were clean. Room clean as well. Restaurant was okay, no room service. When I enquired in the restaurant, the waiter said the staff were busy and no one was free to take food to the room. When I turned around, the whole restaurant was empty and the same waiter was watching videos on his phone. Checkin and check out was smooth. Buffet breakfast was not so convincing. Hotel just okay for single travellers on business.

It was pleasant stay as name of the property. Staff found a very humble and cooperative except hotel security personnel. Food quality was good. I will definitely plan to stay at pleasant only if l permit to stay in vijayapura.
