服務很好，房間乾淨，夏天來住，房間冷氣非常好，很涼。只是地點很偏，進城去Siena要一小時。但整體來說體驗還不錯。高爾夫球場裡的餐廳風景非常好，食物還不錯，很像在油畫裡吃飯。

Mixed bag. Scenery and golf course layout = A+ - fabulous views from the course, great changes of elevation, fabulous piece of land. Fairways = A - in great shape. Greens = B - they are slow and spongy. Sand traps = F - in terrible shape, unplayable. Service = A - everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience, just don’t get in the bunkers 😊.

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso positivo, ci sono tuttavia una serie di piccole "storture" che non ci si aspetta da una struttura che si posiziona (e si prezza!) come un 5 stelle: - in un paio di casi mancava il sapone in stanza, che rendeva praticamente inutilizzabile la vasca (gli altri saponi sono "incollati" a parete vicino la doccia, lontano dalla vasca) - il doccino presente nella piscina malfunzionante e che manda acqua ovunque tranne che dove sarebbe necessario mandarla - i teli nella zona piscina spesso per le ore 17.30 erano già esauriti - ritengo "poco intelligente" (ma non faccio l'albergatore) che il bar della zona piscina chiuda alle ore 18: immagino che molti clienti gradiscano prendere uno spritz / birra prima di cena. - quello che viene offerto nella colazione è a livello di un 3-4 stelle, non 5. Per me che ho poche pretese va più che bene, ma immagino possa essere un problema per clienti più pretenziosi. Il fatto che alcune cose vadano pagate extra es. Spremuta di arancia lo ritengo abbastanza surreale, visti i prezzi a notte richiesti. - si potrebbe essere più generosi con quanto presente nel frigo bar (due bottigliette di acqua soltanto) Immagino che la transizione alla nuova proprietà sia una delle possibile cause di queste piccole inefficienze. Het verblijf, het onthaal en de service waren top in La Bagnaia Golf Resort ! Er was op het resort veel aandacht voor de netheid van de kamer, het domein, het zwembad, ... Perfecte centrale ligging nabij Siena en andere voorname bezienswaardigheden ! Hopen zo snel als mogelijk terug te komen !

Sono stata con mio marito a festeggiare un anniversario in questo bellissimo posto, che consiglio caldamente. La struttura è immersa in un paesaggio incantevole ed è elegante e curata nel rispetto dello stile del borgo antico. La nostra camera era bella, molto ampia, con un letto confortevole, inoltre abbiamo usufruito di tutti gli altri servizi: colazione, pranzo, cena , piscina e campo da golf, tutti notevoli, in particolare la cena sul terrazzo (ottima) e il campo da golf, veramente spettacolare. Anche il personale è stato tutto molto disponibile. Ovviamente bisogna avere chiaro che si tratta di una struttura ricavata in un borgo isolato, quindi intorno non c'è nulla, solo natura e pace. Noi siamo ripartiti felici.

Wherever you walk in the resort, you breathe a special air; despite the Hotel declaring itself in soft opening, the genuineness and professionalism of the staff, the hospitality and the services make it an absolutely above all expectations place. Spotless property, charming rooms, superbly clean pool A single suggestion, which we know is already in the many ideas for next year, regarding a golf car that allows frequent trips to the beautiful Golf Club.

La struttura è tenuta in modo esemplare, la pulizia degli ambienti è assolutamente impeccabile. La nota dolens riguarda la mancata coccola verso il cliente, che dovrebbe essere di prassi in un resort. Scarsa l'attenzione nel rifare la stanza, il secondo giorno in bagno mancavano gli asciugamani ospite, il sapone per le mani e l'acqua nel frigobar. Il luogo non consente di trascorrere in maniera alternativa il dopocena, poiché, pur avendo a disposizione ampi spazi, non sono previste attività di intrattenimento consone alla tipologia di struttura. Ciò vuol dire che bisogna prendere l'auto e recarsi nei centri limitrofi. Pecche anche sulla colazione con prodotti da forno non freschi di giornata ed esposti, senza alcuna protezione . Personale molto pressionale e disponibile.

Hôtel découvert avec un groupe, prestations excellentes, accueil parfait, belle chambre, très propre et hyper confortable, buffet de petit-déjeuner très bien avec beaucoup de diversité. Les repas du soir excellents. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Un hôtel digne d'un 5 étoiles.
