Premier Inn Bagshot

Bed comfortable and room was clean . Heating was a convector heater and thermostat didn't seem to work. At midnight, I didn't want to bother to ring reception so that is my fault. The lighting was drab and it felt shabby and disappointing . For £ 102.00 it felt poor value . My friends room was much nicer on the first floor and felt cosy and much smarter and it was the same money.

Great location, we have stayed a few times now as it's a 5 min drive to lapland uk from there. Comfortable and clean. Also there's a garage less than 1 mile away which has a small m and s so useful for snacks. Lovely helpful reception staff. We didn't use the restaurant as we arrived late and left at 7am without breakfast.

Our stay was marred by the lack of effective communication on arrival. Three of us travelled from Wiltshire, Hertfordshire and West London respectively and we are all of the same opinion i.e. that the receptionist should have drawn our attention to the fact that, as it was a Sunday, the bar closed at 9pm with last orders at 8.45pm. By not imparting this information and relying on a sign that was placed to the far right of the check in counter 'we' were denied the opportunity of making the most of our night away i.e. we could have stayed in Camberley far later had we had known. The fact that all three of us whom checked in separately missed the sign tells you all you need to know about thee inadequacy of the current arrangements. Apart from that misgiving the premierinn is well situated.
