among all the hotels i've stayed at in all those years of travelling, this is the only hotel where i tripped while taking a bath. i was shookt. i tried to be calm as i was also assessing whether i sustained injuries. i only got minor bruises in my left arm and nape which absorbed the force of my fall. there was also no shower curtain. the rubber mat was inutile. it failed to keep the friction that would have prevented me from slipping. that was a close call. the air conditioning unit was not emitting cool air. but because i felt spent after the fall, i fell asleep and woke up perspiring. i requested to be transferred to another room which was one located one floor beneath. this time, water pressure was so low that it took me more than 30 minutes before i completed my bath. terrible!!! wifi was horrible. i could not get a steady connection. i ended up using my cellular data. breakfast came 35 minutes late. nobody took our orders once we were seated in the lobby restaurant. the trainees were just walking past us. the only saving grace was the seasoned wait staff who immediately brought us food upon noticing our empty table. there are other accommodations in baguio which offer way, way better services than this.

Don’t stay here! This place will try to scam you for your money. I booked a reservation through their website thinking I was getting a great deal. After I made the reservation, one of my relatives said to not stay in the “Original” (aka Old) building because it’s very worn down, and to make sure the room I select was in the new building. I checked my reservation, and of course, it said I was in the “Original” building…so, my plan was to cancel and rebook a room in the new building. There was no easy way to cancel my reservation on their website. The only thing it said was that I would not be refunded if I did not cancel my reservation 1 day prior to my stay. I emailed the reservations help center asking to cancel my reservation (within a couple hours of booking it), and they responded to me saying they were going to charge me a 10% admin fee!! I had every intention of staying here, but I will not be staying here any more. What a scam! Please stay at a different, more transparent and honest company. I filed a claim against the 10% charge, and it is being settled. This was a lot of unnecessary hassle. Save your time and money and look else where for a better hotel.

It was Panagbenga Festival, and I understand that most hotels were already fully booked, so we booked here. It's like going back in time; the place has an uncanny vibe to it, and I can't sleep well at all. Moldy odor, and the carpet is filthy. I hope management can at least provide humidifier in the hallway.

Well from the get-go, just looking at the facade will give you a not so inviting feeling. The place is old and not well lit. The rooms are quite dusty (no-AC unit). The service phone ain't working. The linens are yellowish. They provide (old school) thermos for hot liquids. It gives you a low-cost motel feel. The only reason I gave 3-star is because of the friendly staff. The hotel needs renovation to attract guests. Just mere maintenance won't work. But if you're looking for a place just to get through the night, well this place will do.

Hotel is very old and wall are not sound proof. If you unlucky enough to stay in a room beside noisy neighbors then you will loose a good night sleep. Hotel location makes you feel you not in Baguio. It feel more like you are somewhere in downtown manila in a very noisy road. If you stayed late don't expect any parking space available. Parking is terrible. After that parking experience, we always take a taxi then since you cannot park your car anymore when you go out. Finding food is nearby is worse there is a hotel cafe but food in not very good. I wish we had stayed in camp John hay but my GF wanted a room with a tub. except for that everything is worse. Because of this the entire Baguio experience is so bad I don't want to come back anymore.
