"1st of all, Staff service was good, we arrive before and demand for early check-in, request was granted with an hour check-in, that was on Sunday. whatever we request always granted maybe its weekday and less of guests. we didn't go around for hotel facilities nor order for any food. location is good and we do walk a lot especially if you're hiker. for cleanliness furniture was bit old, fridge didn't function well. and the weird things was, during 5am morning, room ceiling light suddenly switch on for 2 continuous days, maybe wiring got problem, not sure of that, anyhow. everything was fine with us. do enjoy your stay."

"Ambiance: The environment has a very Swiss feel. Service: I was able to check in early when I arrived. Cleanliness: No issues with cleanliness. Facilities: I checked in after Christmas, but the decorations hadn't been taken down yet, so it felt like the atmosphere would have been amazing if I had come during Christmas."

"Room was just fine. It's tidy. Though they don't provide toiletries and complimentary water. There's no restaurant at the hotel as well so you have to go out everytime you eat."

"The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice."

There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices whether you’re craving something quick or a proper meal. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay, perfect for both short and long visits."

Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit. * Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture. * Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones. * Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency. * Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision. Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations."

"Upon check-in at around 1200, we requested an early check-in because I have a PWD with me, and we were given 1 room, though I booked 2 rooms, acceptable because early check-in depends on the availability of the room. Thank you for the help. The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request). Some staff members are courteous, but others are not. Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man. The food was good Unhappy ako sa experience k dun sa early check in at check out need to improve on that part cguro"

"Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking. There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!"

The host was responsive and replied promptly whenever we had questions, which was appreciated. The location is a bit far from the main road and city center, but it is a good option for those who prefer a peaceful and relaxing environment. Check-in was smooth overall, though the front desk staff was not very welcoming and when I mentioned my unit number, she did not assist or guide us, not even to show where the lift was. Aside from that, there were no issues with the unit. The host also reached out and let us know to inform her if we needed anything for our comfort."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient — close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I also enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious and had a good variety. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
