Super duper relaxing place. The hotel is so comfortable and the food is delicious and clean 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 and nearby to the places and restaurant ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Great experience! Staff are awesome What would make this an excellent rating? 1. Improve Internet connection in room 3B3. Experienced intermittent connection especially when attended an online meeting 2. Cignal goes to standy mode for 2 consecutive days around 2am 3. Revisit policies of early check in and late check out. Those these were requested with short notice, A. Arrived at the hotel around 5:30am but check in still happened at 3pm. B. Extended online work meeting but late check out was declined.

I was already checked out, The Front desk office called me and informed me that I forgot to pay for the food room service that we ordered which I also oversee, but my point was that I waited for how many minutes because they were already checking my accounting but still wasn't included yet when she cleared me. upon calling she instructed me to deposit via bank transfer and send the proof to their email but the email that she sent was incorrect and kept on bouncing back to me and she kept on calling and following it up if I already pay the balance, which for me its no longer my fault because she has all the time to check my transaction and return to my initial deposit.

The hotel is a boutique hotel and the theme/concept is good and has its appeal. We arrive after lunch and was told to wait for available rooms. No exact time was given but the girl at the reception was guessing around 3 which is beyond the standard 2 pm check in time.We waited by the reception area. After an hour I notice a newcomer who was able to check in so I went to the front desk about our room. The girl at the reception looked at me bewildered and ask me my name and seems at a lost. Another girl took over and after going through some papers, told us that we had a room. I wondered what would have happened if I didnt ask about it and just waited for them to approach us. The room is ample sized with an overhead fan which was working well. The beds are comfortable. There was only 1 pillow though which was small. I immediatedly called the reception for additional pillow explaining that I had a medical condition that needed me to be elevated while sleeping. The receptionist says that she will get back to me but doubted there was anything available since they had full occupancy. The girl never got back to me. There was a study table at the corner of the room with access to power supply. There was no AC but this is Baguio so it doesnt matter. THere was no ref. THere was a water boiler but no coffee or tea packs which is chargeable.The bathroom is ample and functions well. Water pressure is strong. There was a pad and a pencil at the side table but the pencil is all worn out. (not sharpened) Breakfast was at the 6th floor of the hotel. It was light and airy with a good view of the city. Choices were not much but food was good with an egg station, a salad bar and bread area. It was serviced buffet. Coffee was self serve and located in a corner of the room. One negative note here is that the sugar and creamer were served in bowls with teaspoons for customer to use. It would been more hygienic if they were in packets. Isnt there a covid protocol regarding this? The physical structure (rooms. function rooms. coffee shop) were quite good and as mentioned appealing. However, service is really poor. From the check in part of our stay, to not getting back to me on my request, to breakfast service where the clean ups were done sloppily, much can be improved on. Our hotels have always been distinguished by good service and hospitality and sadly Orchard is pretty off the chart.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of the few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

too pricy! compared with other Baguio hotel. not enough parking space, we need to park on side of road. they have two restaurants the king chef and that little cat coffee ... poor wifi . lacks hotel maintenance and pls improve your service...

Definetly to recommend King Chef! Food was superb specially xiao long bao. They have tea which they service right away which i find it nice after eating. We would like to thank Sarah who welcomed and take cared of us. Its one the best place to eat in Baguio City. We will be back again!

The room was clean. Staff courteous. I loved the Little Cafe at the 6th floor. We stayed till late. Buffet breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it. I loved the variety. Highly recommended to visitors of Baguio. Will definitely come back again.

Become worse than ever! Breakfast today served at the Lobby and no more juices! Had stayed here couple of years already and our last was Christmas 2022 with couple of complaints (like flooding toilet) and was promised to get better service if we come back. And now with last option choosing this Hotel because probably it will be better this time, instead became rather terrible! While writing this review Im still furious with the toothbrush refill that front desk said will be charged?! What! Are you kidding me? 2nights booking (Php12,000 worth) and I need to use the same toothbrush as yesterday? Hello!!! The fee is P6000/night on a premier room and this is how you treat your guest? I even need to explain myself that the I paid for the 2days set of toothbrush already? Is this a Hotel or Transient room you are offering here?!!? Aside from the requested bed setup for our anniversary (thanks to the lady who helped me), our 1st night was almost disastrous as we are super tired from travel and we requested a quiet room. The 1st room given had a connecting door wherein you can hear the other rooms noise from TV and chitchats! While the 2nd option is under the Resto at roof deck which we opted is bearable but at 1am, my wife who is a light sleeper heard chairs & tables being pulled here & there. We were notified earlier about it but with promise that they will do their best to keep the noise down. And to mind that I was asked to pay immediately as if Im going to fly out without paying, wow! No sense of hospitality at all! Geezzz! 😠😠😠 I dont recommend this hotel anymore unless they make amends on all the incovenience we had here!
