The Hotel Urban, aka Oyo 767, in Baguio was a disappointment for the money. The hotel is multi-floor establishment with no elevators or staff to help with bags. The stairs were brutal for my wife and me. I’ll just list the deficiencies of the place instead of trying to describe them in detail. You’ll get the idea. 1. Television had one bad reception channel, Nickelodeon, and no remote control. 2. There was WIFI but no Internet access. 3. The bedding appeared and smelled unwashed. I used a tee shirt for pillow slip and personal towel for blanket. I suggest fabric softener. 4. Tiny closet space for three bed room. 5. One roll of toilet paper per room. 6. Zero amenities except dental kit and bar of soap. 7. One community water dispenser for whole floor which was empty most of the time. 8. Noisy hallways 9. No ice 10. No vending machines 11. Indifferent hotel front desk personnel 12. Difficult billing process thru Oyo. Avoid! 13. Zero customer service. 14. The bathroom was adequate and AC was cold, but limited towels and no washcloths. 15. One old fashion key per room. The hotel is supposedly South Korean owned, which is surprising considering its poor management. Thank goodness we only booked for one night and were able to relocate to a much better establishment the following day. My advice is to look for another hotel.
