The wonderful experience of Changbai Mountain comes from Westin😄 Thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Chen for contacting us in advance and preparing a great room for us. Thank you Xiao Chen for the recommendation and the manager Xiao Xing. Environment: Play around Wanda Park, you can enjoy hot springs, water world, cycling, Internet celebrity boats, small trains, cable cars, camps Facilities: Westin quality👍 Service: Housekeeper Xiao Chen is responsive, and the hotel's rights and interests are simply endless. There are so many great things! Breakfast is also rich. The restaurant waiter👍 called the wrong restaurant service. When I wanted to draw paper towels, the service staff did not push it to the concierge and delivered it personally👍 Room: Very satisfied👍 I spent two days comparing Wanda Park Hotels, and Westin really didn't disappoint me😄 Sisters, don't worry! Suggestion: I hope there will be more specific itinerary introductions with quotations, so that more makers can come!

Traveling alone with my daughter, Changbaishan Clubmed is really a very cost-effective choice. There is a special butler SWAMI to connect with, and the latest activities are often sent for reference. MEI of the mini club takes good care of the children, and the full care of the EDNA manager makes the 4-day and 3-night journey extremely warm and down-to-earth. The hotel has a beautiful environment, with an open forest view outside the window, and a small ski resort not far away. It is very convenient for children to learn skiing in winter; the accommodation is very hygienic, and the room aunt will carefully observe the use of room items every day and replenish them in place; the all-inclusive mode does not worry about being hungry when you want to eat, the main meal is delicious, and the choice is relatively rich; the hotel in Changbai Mountain also has hot springs, many indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, good environment, children have fun, adults also relax, and it is open to guests staying in the hotel for free; in addition, another special thing for me on this trip is the club activities in the evening. The children play with the GOs next to them, and the adults can drink at the water bar. There is a bartender from Harbin whose name I forgot, and the drinks he mixes are superb! The overall experience is very comfortable and worth the money. Next time I travel, I will choose other clubmed stores to continue enjoying the journey.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

The room is very nice. The bedside and some corners are clean and dust-free. The carpet is a little dirty but acceptable. It is recommended to remove the carpet to make it look cleaner. The facilities are a little old. The air conditioner is not cold enough and the hair dryer is a little broken. It would be better if it could be improved. However, it is understandable that the hotel has been around for so many years. In addition, there is only one set of shower gel and shampoo for two people staying in the hotel, which is not enough. Fortunately, the customer service attitude is very good. It was delivered immediately after the telephone communication. It is very humane. The breakfast is very good and nutritionally balanced. I will come again for business trips in the future.
