The hotel is easy to find. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast variety is also good. For a Chinese stomach, it is completely acceptable. The staff is also very enthusiastic and makes you feel at home.

Poor service and bad communication. One of the staff members almost came into my room while I was sleeping and said it’s time to checkout. I panicked and I had to showed my reservation again which clearly said check out was next day. Overall they tried to be nice but they weren’t trained enough to function professionally.

The quality of service exceed our expectation. From the first day of arrival until our departure were superb. All of the staff were friendly, accommodating, well knowledgeable with the places to visit, and helpful with all our needs. The cleanliness of the roomand the amenities was also fantastic. The were consistent in keeping the room neat, clean and tidy. The breakfast was completed filled with all sort of varieties of salads, sweets, cereals and many more. Keep up the great job Aksent hotel.

The hotel management and staff knows how to spoiled their guests...the breakfast indeed sumptuous I just cant skip it...I always had a good night sleep in my room. Thanks to Mr.Anvar for the help and kindness from the day i booked my accommodation till my late check out and to the receptionists that never tired assisting me and very considerate. This is perfect place to stay in Baku..

Stay was fine! Hotel's location is quite better compare to other hotel as it is near from the sea side, parks, shops and restaurants. Manager himself was so polite and receptionists Farruk and Joseph (morning receptionist) were both so helpful in their own way despite of our language differences. The breakfast buffet was good, tasty, clean and served hot all the time. Definitely will stay again in this hotel once I decided to come back in Baku.

Not a hotel, but just a miracle! It is located in the central part of the city, from where you can get to almost anywhere. The hotel staff is helpful and attentive, and this applies to each employee personally. Everyone was ready to help with any of your requests. Very cozy, always clean, rooms with modern renovation. We stayed here on the recommendation of friends, and now, after the trip, we ourselves recommend it to others.

The location is far from the old town, but it is close to a big station, and the area around the station is a downtown area with supermarkets. There is a refrigerator, free bottled water, disposable slippers, no tissue paper. The exterior is nice, but there is something like a pillar on the window, so you can't see outside very well. I felt the room was a little small. There is only a shower, no bathtub. It's a shame that there was a slight sewage smell. The breakfast has a variety of items, including general and regional dishes.

This hotel is very convenient and accessible to tourist places. Food options are very limited though however it is still good. The receptionists were very helpful and assisted us in every way…. The room is a bit small but still manageable still a good place to stay.
