Location is great but the cleanliness of the room was below average. Staff was good and the food was also nice. A bit more cleaner rooms would make this a great choice. Nice budget friendly option if you are not big on cleanliness. I might not opt this again

The worst hotel in the world;unwelcoming team;the receptionist never answer;the housekeeping is very dirty;the check in take a long time and the receptionist shout at me;the breakfast is very poor,no variety;they offer at the breakfast the remaining food from the dinner of the day before;they offer rice&vegetables at the breakfast; I asked for extra pillow they answered not available;;very narrow room;not recommended at all

The hotel location is the greatest thing about the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are small and the furniture is old. The blankets need cleaning and renewing. The breakfast is just basic with traditional ( home made like) options.

Very beautiful hotel, very friendly stuff especially Mr Qeysar! He’s very helpful and very nice and kind! He made our stay very nice and comfortable! Agha in restaurant he is very nice and helpful too and very friendly and made us feel home. It was our second time here and we will definitely come back

excellent staf especially mr uzeyir he help me Significantly to find my bag in anther hotel calling and texting and the location is very good beside the center and the breakfast is good and they clean the room everyday and they but water in the room everyday

The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is great… We didn't think we would encounter such a breakfast, but we encountered a full breakfast section. All employees are very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel staff is attentive when you ask anything. We will never forget the help and sincerity of Mr. Üzeyir. We thank everyone very much. We strongly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Baku. They more than deserve the price we pay.

- Hotel has great location, heat of the city 10 to15 minutes from all attractions. - from office team are amazing and helpful - room is clean with reasonable size if you’re light traveler - breakfast was nice with lots of fresh items -it’s quiet hotel

The location is great, although the hotel does not have a decent entrance, you can reach it from the back through a narrow street, only one car passes at a time, (when I went it was full of fences) or you can enter through a sweets that go directly to the breakfast room, normal breakfast, very simple room. i would give 3 stars for this hotel.

Pros: location is not bad. Main entrance is in a terrible street, but there is a back entrance via a sweet shop, use that instead. Cons: everything else - definitely not recommended. Despite having non-smoking rooms, it feels there is someone smoking on your bed - creepy?
