Sands of Time

位置不太好找！在老城的一條小街道里，找了大概二十多分鐘問了好多當地人，最後用導航找到的，服務還好，服務員會説俄語。

2泊予約しましたが当日現地で満室だと言われ近隣の別のホテルへ案内されました。 2日とも別々のホテルだったので荷物の移動があり落ち着けませんでした。 2日間とも同じホテルだと思って13時頃に観光から戻ったら「今日は別のホテルだ」と言われしかもレイトチェックアウト料金まで取られました。 近隣のミニホテル同士で客をシェアしてる感じなので、他のミニホテルでも起こり得るのではないでしょうか。 ちなみに旧市街の中はボコボコの石畳で坂道や階段・細い道が多いので大型のスーツケースだと大変です。 当然タクシーも入れませんので、旧市街から出てから捕まえることになります。 Boltでも指定できませんでした。

The center of Baku old town. Very clean room. The location is a little confusing, but it's fun to follow the maze-like path to find it.

1.При заселении в Sands of time выяснилось, что с нашим номером "проблема с сантехникой" и заселиться в этот отель нельзя. 2.Поселили в соседний Utopia,сказав, что он такой же по уровню 3.По факту, это меблированные комнаты, сломанная мебель и сантехника в ванной (см фото), не работающие дверные замки. 4.Уровень этого "отеля" абсолютно не сопоставим заявленному уровню The Sands of Time, это максимум 2 звезды. 5.Просили разбудить нас в аэропорту в 4 утра, а также оставить сухой паек вместо завтрака в дорогу, т.к. у нас был оплачен номер в The sand of time с завтраком. По факту - никто не разбудил, естественно, завтрака не было приготовлено, на ресепшне вообще никого не было!. 6.Это все очень походе на мошенничество - продавать под видом 4-х звезд и красивых фото вообще другой отель. 7. Если бы хотели заказать гостиницу попроще, мы бы заказали попроще, но мы выбрали гостиницу в местном колорите и истории, и ожидали получить его, а не меблированные комнаты! будьте бдительны, не рекомендую этот отель, вас могут обмануть и ничего не компенсировать!

The small hotel is located in the picturesque part of the Old Town. Convenient location: within walking distance of the metro and other attractions. For such a price, it really justified itself. The room was always clean, there were all the necessary things for a shower. Aiten-och is a sweet, pleasant woman who prepares delicious breakfasts and also advised and helped in many ways. One of the shortcomings is that there was no convenient mirror in the room. Also, I would like a more attentive attitude towards tourists from the hotel manager...

Reading the previous reviews, I'm honestly perplexed. Guys, you are choosing a mini hotel in the old city, yes, there may be some disadvantages. But if you want 5 stars, pay for 5 stars! Now, in fact, the Hotel is in the old town, on a quiet street, easy to find. Everything is very close and accessible from the hotel. There are excellent restaurants nearby. And the hotel staff, wonderful people. Elnur at the reception is a wonderful person, helped me in all my aspirations. Aidan, a lovely woman. Prepares good breakfasts. Cleaning. daily, towels are changed every day, all accessories are in the bathroom. So, when choosing this hotel, do not raise your expectations, and reality will not deceive you

I was disappointed by a hotel with such a poetic name. I saw the high rating and was surprised. Yes, the hotel has a good location: the Old Town near the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, hearty breakfasts, clean, but 1) I read that the room is 16 m2, but for me a petite woman is too small, 2) the view from the window is on an abandoned courtyard 3) I asked for a twin room - they gave it, but the beds are right next to each other, it’s good that they put 2 blankets. Thanks to Elnur 4) I think it’s a huge mistake - I can’t react that it’s the tourist’s birthday. I wrote when booking, told the hotel about this, but they didn’t hear me. So I was faced with inhospitality 5) pancakes for breakfast, the smell of butter throughout the hotel The room with tables is cramped Plates with slices under the film, it’s not very convenient to remove it every time, but maybe it's hygiene rules. Then why bring brewed coffee in a cup? Maybe I want it weaker or stronger with less boiling water. The hostess-waitress's conversation is so loud on the phone that you don't feel like a guest. Maybe I’m spoiled, I’ve been to different hotels in Russia, and in Europe, and in Asia, maybe for the same money, but there was no such disappointment.
