1- delay check in with twin bed room after complaint they change it 2- hot water not coming 3- bathroom and commode not clean

Property is good but overcharging for breakfast there is limited options so i am not suggesting to book property with breakfast.

The hotel manager and all the staff members were very helpful and well-mannered. The quality, quantity, and taste of the food were good. The room was neat and clean and i had a comfortable stay. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Also they serve food delicious food without making late. It was a great stay. Looking forward to stay on the next visit.

There was no split ac, only window and service of complementary breakfast was very bad. They ware insisting for idly on besides of parathas and omlet, two persons refused breakfast because they faced same earlier occasion.

Geyser was only 1. 5 litres and also not working properly. Water flow from tap was very slow and it took almost half an hour to bath properly. Although food quality was good but waiting time was very long
