"The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. It is very close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you open the balcony door. The room has its own refrigerator, microwave, bowls and plates. I bought something to eat and put it directly in the refrigerator. The front desk of the hotel is also very welcoming and will visit again."

Guest UserWas alright for the discounted price I got it for but the room was a bit dated. I booked the executive spa room but was a bit disappointed with the spa itself - very old and lacked pump power. Also the bath faucet was positioned in a place that prevented a second person from sitting comfortably in the spa. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. The pool looked nice although I didn't use it. As was the case with the restaurant. Overall a tidy upmarket motel.

Parking is very convenient, the front desk service is very good, there is a park nearby, and it is very close to the beach. The nearby ecology is very good, the hotel is very quiet, and I will recommend it to my friends.

Was a great area. Room was perfect for what I needed for my family. A little dust and areas behind cabinets that could have been a little cleaner same with plates cups and cutlery. But over all a great place and will stay again when in mackay ☺️

The reception was closed because it was Sunday, but there was no problem checking in.
The room was clean and nice.
The staff kindly responded when I checked out
I was sorry that I couldn't use the pool because I didn't have time.
