"The house was very clean, and the owner was very welcoming. The owner even helped me rent an electric scooter. The restaurant the owner recommended was also quite good; I ate there three times in a row. During my cycling trip along the northern loop, the weather was cloudy, and I hadn't brought enough clothes. The landlady kindly lent me some. The house was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and there was even a balcony. The house is very close to the beach, especially to Fairy Well, so getting up early in the morning can save you the entrance fee."

The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained, modern rooms that strike a perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The amenities are pristine and thoughtfully designed to cater to every guest’s needs. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff’s attentiveness. I’d like to extend a special shout-out to Miumiu, who went above and beyond to make my stay remarkable. She was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions with patience and ensuring every detail was just right. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart. Pingtan Inn is located in Xin 'ao, Houtian Village, Liushui Town, Pingtan County, 4.5 kilometers away from Pingtan Railway Station, with convenient transportation. The small courtyard is only two minutes' walk to the seaside. The environment is quiet, warm in winter and cool in summer, and the price is close to the people. It is a good place for leisure and summer vacation. The beach is clean and the sea area is wide. Visitors can catch the sea and watch blue tears here. There is Jinsha Bay nearby, which is the venue of the International Sailing Culture Festival. There are "singing stones", Longfengtou Resort, Xianrenjing Scenic Area and other tourist attractions around. When the housekeeper goes out to sea to fish, there are natural live seafood in the middle of the night. If you want to eat it, you can buy it directly and have it processed in the kitchen. The real fishermen's village is less than 100 meters away from the sea in a straight line. You can feel two different kinds of seas here. You can go to the crowded Blue Tears Camp and Haitang Bay, or you can choose the beach that is far away from the noise. Then the address is in the middle of Pingtan's north-south line, and you can choose the route as you like. Here you can enjoy what is called a fishing village and what is called a different beach.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled delicious. All toiletries, including the bath towels, were disposable, so they were safe to use. Any needs were met, including a pick-up and drop-off service, and you could rent an electric scooter. When the owner picked us up at the station, he offered us milk tea after we'd missed our meals. During the May Day holiday, he gathered everyone for a barbecue and chat, and his hands were practically spitting out sparks from the skewers he was skewering. The only downside was being woken one morning by the sound of firecrackers outside. 😂

WenxiaopangThe environment of the B&B is truly amazing, with a Mediterranean style. You can enjoy the sea view while lying on the bed. There is also a balcony. Sitting on the balcony, drinking a small drink and blowing in the sea breeze from the island🏝️, I feel so good. You can relax and enjoy traveling. By the way, the lemon tree in the room looks fake, but it is a real tree! Please don't pinch it. [Love] The service attitude of the store is very good. The handsome brother and the beautiful lady are very enthusiastic. The recommended seafood fried chicken is delicious! I’m going to give you a Yujiale restaurant next door to Amway 🍴. You heard me right. It’s recommended by experienced foodies. Haha, the oysters and abalone are very fat and fresh. You must try their shrimps. They have a fresh and sweet taste. We ate them during our two-day stay. Three meals! Cheap and delicious😋, the people in Pingtan are very nice, honest and enthusiastic❤️Recommend everyone to come!

Guest User🏡 Comfortable Stay: The bedding was soft and fluffy, the air conditioning was powerful, and the shower water pressure was excellent—it felt just like home. The best part was the small courtyard; enjoying the sea breeze and tea in the evening was simply wonderful!
🌊 Amazing Location: Just a few minutes' walk to the beach, so you don't have to get up early to watch the sunrise; you can stroll there in flip-flops. Watching for the bioluminescent plankton is also hassle-free; the location recommended by the receptionist was spot-on, and we actually saw it—it was definitely worth the trip!
🍜 Delicious Food: All the restaurants recommended by the receptionist were delicious, and none were disappointing.
👏 Friendly and Excellent Service: The receptionist was incredibly approachable and responded promptly to any requests via WeChat. I'll definitely come back!
In short, if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Pingtan that's close to the sea and has a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Guest UserThe environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Afternoon tea and breakfast are both provided. Every day, when you open the curtains, you're greeted by the clear blue sea, which is incredibly satisfying.
**Facilities**: Very complete. There's even a charging point for the electric scooter we rented.
**Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized.
**Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view.
**Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

To be honest, I've always had some preconceived notions about homestays, but this one genuinely changed my mind. The overall environment is really good, and the service is absolutely fantastic. They lend out sand-digging tools, can tell you where to find 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), and even notify you about daily tide times. The best part is, they offer a free photo shoot and give you three photos, and they're genuinely beautiful (much better than what you'd get from a random street photographer). There's also a pool, but it was too cold to go in that day. They have plenty of parent-child activities too; my child made fridge magnets and painted pictures to take home. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Guest UserIt is a very warm homestay! From the boss to the staff, they are all very enthusiastic! The weather suddenly turned sunny the next day and it was very beautiful! It is really a great place to watch the sunset! The room is clean and hygienic, just next to Changjiangao Beach, very close to the beach, and there are many food nearby! The recommended restaurant is also good, the taste is suitable, the breakfast is delicious, the porridge is well cooked, and it is worth coming again on a sunny day in summer!

The off-season in Pingtan was fantastic! The owner was very helpful, contacting us in advance and keeping track of our arrival. Located in a secluded spot in the county town, they promptly greeted and guided us to our accommodation. The service was excellent. The inn was artistic and quiet, with very comfortable rooms, separate wet and dry areas, and good soundproofing. There were drinks at the reception on the first floor, and a terrace on the second floor where you could dry clothes and enjoy tea – so pleasant! My room near the stairs had poor WiFi, but they promptly offered to change rooms. The efficiency and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

ShiajieyaThis hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations and completely cured my travel fatigue. The entire experience was fantastic, making it a stay I couldn't help but rave about.
Upon arrival, staff immediately came forward to help with my luggage. Their attitude was gentle and enthusiastic, without a hint of perfunctoriness. The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff patiently explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and local travel tips. They even thoughtfully adjusted my room type based on my needs, making the whole communication smooth and pleasant.
What impressed me most was the hotel's service, which was truly meticulous and considerate. Any requests during my stay, whether for extra toiletries or information, were promptly attended to by staff, who always maintained a warm and patient demeanor. The cleaning staff meticulously cleaned my room; not only did they make the bed and tidy the bathroom, but they also neatly arranged items on the desk and replenished toiletries, mineral water, and tea bags – thoughtful details everywhere. Whenever I had questions about getting around, staff proactively helped answer them and offered suggestions, which made me feel incredibly welcome.

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

Guest User1. [Excellent sea view] The balcony of the room is facing the sea, unobstructed, and the sunrise and sunset are beautiful. It’s so pleasant to lie on the bed and listen to the sound of the waves!
2. [Location full score] Going out and crossing the road is the beach, the real ”sea-friendly” hotel. It is super convenient to play in the sand and the waves, and it is the first choice for children.
3. [Service intimate] The front desk is warm and the sea view room is upgraded for free. A small gift was given when I left the store, which was very warm.
