What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It's centrally located and very close to the attractions. The room had a great selection of TV channels (even though I rarely watch TV these days), but it was nice to have so many satellite TV options on a rainy evening. On the first day, we received complimentary welcome fruit. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. What really stood out was the daily offering of old duck soup, black chicken soup, or slow-cooked pigeon soup – a truly unique feature! The restaurant staff even had a fun 'blind box' egg activity with guests, offering good wishes. The hotel staff were incredibly polite; they'd greet you in the hallways, lobby, and by the elevators. The hotel itself is quite spacious, and I sometimes found myself a bit disoriented, but whether I asked the housekeeping or restaurant staff, they would immediately guide me to where I needed to go. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Shaoxing."

GGuest UserStaying at this secluded mountain retreat, nestled amidst misty peaks, was a great experience! The butler-style service was incredibly attentive. Gerry added me on WeChat in advance and was always responsive to my questions. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Upon arrival, we received complimentary welcome fruits, and in the evening, they delivered goodnight snacks. At checkout, they even prepared farewell treats. The sense of ceremony and attention to detail were excellent. The hotel's free travel photography service was also quite good, though my child was eager to return to the room and wasn't very cooperative. The popular 'Cliff Cloud Ladder' takes you directly to the mountaintop, and from there, you can walk along steps to reach Xiayanbei Village, enjoying expansive views all the way.

GGuest UserThis hidden gem of a hotel, nestled at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain, boasts an amazing ecosystem and is perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. The service exceeded all expectations – we received a welcome tea and snacks, tremella soup, afternoon tea, and a complimentary dinner for two, which truly showed their sincerity. Our butler contacted us in advance to help plan our itinerary and offered thoughtful reminders. The staff at Shenlu also proactively informed us that we could choose between a set meal or afternoon tea for each of our two rooms.

GGuest UserEverything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. Thank you!

There are fewer shops at night because they close early. The hotel lobby is quite bright, and the service attitude is also good. The rose tea in the lobby is very good, and there are jelly snacks. You need a card to go upstairs, which is quite safe. The sound insulation effect is pretty good at night, as long as the sound next door is not too loud, you can't hear it. A piece of fruit is also given when you check in, and there is a small card at the door similar to a punch card. Overall, the price of this place is a little high, but the room is very spacious, and there are data cables, which are quite complete. The only drawback is that the TV cannot be projected, and it requires additional expenses.

GGuest UserWe brought our kids to Shangyu and chose this Marriott, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel offers special family rooms and amenities for children. The heated pool had very clean water, and the kids absolutely loved it.
A huge shoutout to Byron, the customer service manager! He was incredibly thoughtful; upon learning it was our child's birthday, he even arranged for a birthday cake for us! His service was professional yet full of human touch, making our entire trip relaxed and enjoyable.
Both the facilities and the service at this hotel are top-notch, making it an excellent choice for family travel!

The hotel had a laundry room and a gym, and was very clean, giving me peace of mind during my stay. The surrounding area had convenient transportation and free parking. The air conditioning was cool, and I slept soundly all night. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!
