Shaoxing Spa Hotels

This was one of the most satisfying hotels we chose for our trip. What really impressed me was the hotel's motto: 'Humanized details!', visible at the front desk, in the rooms, and even on the key cards. This principle was fully reflected in the staff's service and the room's amenities. It was my first time experiencing staff showing us the room beforehand to see if we were satisfied; my first time seeing special hooks under the air conditioning vent for guests to hang clothes; and the upgraded room even came with a massage chair, simple fitness equipment, various fast-charging cables, and an adjustable tea table... The front desk also offered various flavors of free popsicles, which could be delivered to the room with just a phone call! Everything was geared towards guest service at this hotel, truly living up to its name, 'Source of Warmth!' It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast could be improved a bit more. 🤓👍

Choosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness. For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met. Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up! The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly. The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea. Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious. Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion. Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time. The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels. [The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties.

The hotel, a beautifully restored Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou-style complex, offers a tranquil and elegant atmosphere with picturesque views at every turn. The guest rooms have an antique charm, though the bedding is a bit firm and not very comfortable, and the shower in my room was broken. Service was quite average; despite having butler service, it wasn't very attentive. I had made a reservation for the restaurant in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there was no booking. However, the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast quality was excellent, but the food at the hotel's Shenlu Chinese restaurant was mediocre, with many dishes having a strong fishy taste. The hotel offers many activities, including guided tours of the ancient architecture, hiking trails, and intangible cultural heritage workshops. The travel photography service was excellent, producing great photos. The surrounding environment is lovely, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I'd say it's a hotel with average value for money.

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. Nestled against a mountain, Shengzhou Hotel boasts expansive grounds. The business building is quite grand and impressive, with new facilities, spotlessly clean rooms, and excellent service! The outdoor parking lot has plenty of spaces, and there's also underground parking beneath Business Buildings 3 and 4 with direct access to the upper floors! It's also conveniently located near many restaurants, easily accessible on foot or by taxi! Overall, it's a great place!

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. The service staff is professional and very nice. Check-in was quick. The hotel breakfast was average, and the wonton was delicious. The disadvantages are as follows. The room was good overall, but some higher places were dusty. In addition, the air conditioner can only blow air and heat, not cool, and it was quite hot in the second half of the night.

The overall experience of the hotel is good, the facilities are relatively complete, and the service attitude of the service staff is very good S Suitable for business trips, business trips, and family travel. Although the hotel is a bit old, the internal maintenance is very good and the price is high.

The parking lot is large, and the courtyard environment is very nice; a stroll around the lake after dinner is quite pleasant. The front desk and room service are both good; the rooms are spacious and clean, and the red bean soup delivered to the room in the evening was delicious. The breakfast environment is nice, although the variety isn't extensive, but some of the items are quite unique and worth mentioning.

The hotel is in a bustling street, parking is convenient, transportation is convenient, the front desk staff is warmly received, and the service is very good. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the disposable slippers, the toothbrush was very thick, and the air conditioning effect was very good. The breakfast buffet is hygienic, rich and delicious, the restaurant aunt is warmly received, and a wonderful stay.
