The view is on the terrace, and the visual effect is better on site; the front desk service is considerate, and after understanding the need for viewing, they took the initiative to arrange a free room upgrade; the room facilities are complete, and the pictures of the store are all real pictures, so I won’t repeat them, and the thin duvet is very useful. -Very clean and spacious room - Easy check-in process -Pleasantly large bathroom - Modern fixtures - Bedroom backs onto next room’s living room so could hear the tv quite clearly - No fridge, so could couldn’t keep baby’s milk cold, although friendly receptionist offered their lobby fridge - No breakfast available as dining hall was still being renovated - Lack of amenities such as dressing gowns, iron etc. although coffee, water, kettle and bathroom accessories were provided - Check out stated as 12:00 although after messaging reception they said check out until 14:00 is available

This stay was great! The hotel facilities are complete and of high quality. The rooms are exquisitely decorated, all kinds of electrical appliances are in good working order, and the beds are comfortable. The hygiene is impeccable, every corner is clean and tidy, and the sheets and quilts are white as new. The service staff are warm and thoughtful, responsive, and friendly, making people feel like spring breeze. Parking is extremely convenient, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The most surprising thing is that there is a roasted whole lamb downstairs, which tastes authentic and adds a unique flavor to this stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel I chose to go to Hengqin Chimelong is under the Pearl River Delta Expressway, and the sign is very obvious. The room is very spacious, with plenty of space for luggage, and a dressing table where two people can eat together The breakfast on the second day was well received, and my companion said that the rice noodles were very delicious, with the taste of Jiangxi and very elastic

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

Objective evaluation: I sent my child to Zhuhai Institute of Technology for enrollment. I originally booked a hotel near Jinwan Airport or the school. The reviews of hotels near the school were relatively poor. Anyway, I drove myself and it was acceptable to be 20 kilometers away from the school, so I booked this one. When I drove into the area where the hotel is located, my heart sank. The area around was so desolate that I thought I had driven into a deserted ghost village. So I stopped at the door to check out the facilities. If not, I would cancel the reservation. After entering the hotel, I felt it was still amazing. It was also very clean, the room was large, the facilities were also new, and parking was convenient. There were many parking spaces. 488/2 nights is very cost-effective. Then there is the problem of eating. There is not much food and convenience stores nearby. You have to drive 4-5 kilometers to find a concentrated dining area and a night market at night. It is inconvenient to take a taxi without driving. The yard is very beautiful, but the occupancy rate is very low. It is pitch black when you look out the window at night. The houses near the hotel are deserted and no one lives there. It is not suitable to look out the window at night. It is a bit hairy, but it is very quiet and the sound insulation is also very good. It is the first choice for people who like quietness. The windows in the room are floor-to-ceiling windows with electric curtains. It was Typhoon Capricorn during the few days I stayed there, and it was very pleasant to sit by the window and watch the heavy rain. The door of the toilet and shower room is shared. I guess the partition is not well sealed. After taking a shower, the water in the shower room leaked into the toilet room in both rooms I booked.

Overall it is good, the environment is comfortable, relatively quiet, and the necessary facilities are basically complete. I will continue to choose it if I have the opportunity to travel in the future.
