This hotel I have stayed before but many years ago. There're a few changes especially the rooms, restaurant and the restaurants available just outside of the hotel which is very good.
The restaurant cater to provide more for locals or Chinese customers. Ther should be more English wordings to direct those who can't read Chinese. But the hotel do provide transport
to the borders or train stations whish is very convenient. Will stay again should I come back to Zhuhai.

I come to Zhuhai for business every month and always stay in this hotel. You can stay in a suite at this price, which is really worth it. The hotel is very close to Jiuzhou Port, and it is very convenient to take a boat from Shenzhen. The hotel is as comfortable as ever and is very close to the seaside. After work, I went to the nearby seaside for a walk. It was so comfortable. I will definitely stay here when I come to Zhuhai in the future.

Orange Hotel is the hotel where I stayed the night before staying at Chimelong Hotel. Very good value for money. The supplies are even newer than the Penguin Hotel. The toothbrushes and heated seat toilet seats are very smart. And it's very close to Chimelong, just a few minutes by taxi. I will continue to book this hotel chain next time I come. There are many seafood food stalls around, including McDonald's, KFC and the internet celebrity Decaji Tea Restaurant. They are very close and very convenient and safe.

The room is bright and clean, and the facilities and services are considerate!
The hotel staff are very kind, polite and proactive in helping, especially Ms. Chen at the front desk!
I received a pleasant surprise this time. The room was upgraded and the high-rise view is very open. In addition to being spacious, I also appreciate all the smart facilities in the room. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was better than expected, the food tasted good and there were many varieties, and the restaurant staff were also very attentive and hospitable. The location of the hotel is very convenient for getting in and out, and there are many different restaurants and entertainment options nearby. All 8 of us were very satisfied and happy! Will definitely consider staying again next time!

Zhuhai Ruby Hotel
We drove all the way from Guangzhou to Zhuhai. On the day of check-in, we received a call from Cai Cai at the front desk to ask us about what time we checked in. We arrived at the check-in smoothly after the special needs of the room. We also added WeChat to send me a lot of nearby play and drink reference, Special reminders that the parking route is particularly accurate, the room is reserved according to our needs, and the welcome screen feels very kind. The sanitary ware is very nice. It is at least 2w in a toilet in Germany's high-end Weibao. Hahaha! Every time you leave the garage, you can help you to go out for free parking and B2 Gembo Parking is quite sufficient, including charging piles. Hotel breakfast can also be not particularly varied but can meet various taste needs. In the evening, we walked according to the recommended shopping center and found that the hotel was next to Zhuhai Public Security Bureau and Fire Bureau and felt safer and more secure. The place to eat we ate near the scenic spot oyster chicken hot pot@Yuezhuji is highly recommended. Special thanks to Cai Cai at the front desk, Miss Miki is very enthusiastic about guiding. There is more room for improvement in the new hotel!

UUncle TengSuper hotel ever !! location very good, convenience for shopping and near to border to across to Macau ! we are only one day in Zhuhai as though that Zhuhai have nothing much to do. But we are wrong !! definitely will be back and stay here again ! Room supper clean, staff all are friendly. They have good service mind and help us on guided where to go, really appreciated ! Room very big and comfortable. my friend was run to shopping her luggage and back late then we requested to check out late ... so hotel allowed us to check out 2.oo pm !! Appreciated and thank you so much !! We will be back for sure !

NnovcityIn fact, it is really close to Gongbei Port. The bus can reach the port in 1-2 stops, and there is a bus stop right downstairs of the hotel! There are plenty of food options and supermarkets in the street behind, which is quite convenient! Opposite is the seaside of Lovers Road, where you can enjoy the sunset!

EExpatThis hotel was available of the three or four within the park area. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the Chimelong spaceship and the amusement park. I bought a ticket for the spaceship and thought it was also for the amusement park, so that might have been a translation confusion.
I think the area in general is a bit overpriced, but I also think the value of the amenities at this hotel were better than the rest of the hotels. I still walked around the other hotels. It reminded me of back home and Vegas going to Circus Circus. There are really nice pathways to walk around as well as a boat ride. The views and nature spots are found everywhere.
I only gave a four on the cleanliness because I feel that some of the furniture is older, and I don’t understand what’s going on with the empty parking lot space outside of the window. One thing I did notice was a water bottle which was not sealed. Easy to miss from housekeeping because the cap was on tight. Also, even though I got the twin room, I didn’t have any children with me. There should probably be some rooms that are geared towards adults only. I referred the hotel to some friends with children where I live, but I don’t think it was necessary to have children slippers and bath robes and bathroom supplies. The whole area is designed for families, but occasionally there will be a solo traveler.
I chose this hotel because there was a full bar inside of it with entertainment, and that was great. The lounge staff were amazing and attentive, aling with the buffet staff. I am suggesting more Buffet items without pork/meat.
I think all hotels in this area should go down in price by about 200 RMB. There are so many people working there that it’s surprising things like check-in lines, water facility, furniture wear and tear, or updated QR codes on room service cards can be updated. Adding some basic beverages in the refrigerator, or sugar sweetener with the kettle are things that a hotel room priced over 1000 should have. Aside, all staff were on alert, and so were the characters and toy sale people. The shops were good with neccessities/souviniers.
Beautiful place, but i did not swim in the water world. I took the ferry into the port specifically to see the spaceship area, and that was a pretty neat place with the food street despite an over the top ICBC stage. The Chill House on the water is also 2.6km away, so i had three good meals and drink sessions in the area. Personally, I would do some special marketing advertisement towards school employees in neighboring cities so they can see the area for weekends and field trip purposes.

Lewis Wei's service in the front hall is very warm! It makes people feel warm. In addition, the hotel offers a variety of special services, such as luggage storage, taxi service, laundry service, etc., so that guests can enjoy the experience of being at home.
The hotel's hardware facilities are also excellent. The rooms are decorated in a modern and tasteful style, spacious and bright, and the layout is reasonable. The bedding is extremely comfortable and makes people dream all night. The design of the bathroom is also very user-friendly, separated from wet and dry, and a wealth of toiletries is also provided. The hotel also has a western restaurant, lobby bar and meeting rooms to cater to the different needs of guests.
The first stay in the New Year, the experience is very good! Although it is a newly opened hotel, it is worthy of recognition in terms of facilities and services!

PPoh Tim Chye1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service.
2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer.
A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........
3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests.
4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good.
5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food.....
6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

JJerry JiaoIt was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world.
The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel.
The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles.
We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable!

GGuest UserThe bed in the room is very comfortable, and the pillows are just right in softness and hardness, so I can sleep well while on a business trip. The bathroom also has dry and wet separation which is very good. It is really the best place to stay for a business trip. It is worth recommending everyone to choose this hotel.
