Biscay Hotels with Balcony

Centrally located in Bilbao, making it easy to get around on foot or by public transport. The king bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. There's a safe, a coffee machine, and complimentary water. The small balcony is convenient, although the view isn't great, facing another building.

The room was small for the price. The bathroom is a glass box inside the room, but the problem was there was no ventilation, and after a shower, steam would fill the room and linger. The location is excellent in the old town (on the perimeter), overlooking the main square and the theater. Tram, bus, and subway stops are just a few steps away. Excellent in this regard. The breakfast was monotonous (you'd notice after 3 nights), and the selection was questionable for 15 euros per person. I must mention the courtesy and kindness of the staff, from the reception to the bar and breakfast team.

Stay: 2 nights in February 2026 Review: 1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. 2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor. 3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all. 4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable. 5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work. 6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

The hotel has many great things, amazing location, very aesthetic, clean and helpful staff. I also found the cafe downstairs to be great! The only thing is the acoustics. I could not sleep either night I stayed there, I could hear the people from the other rooms talking on the phone as if they were in my same room. Could hear absolutely everything, and both nights my neighbours kept me up until 2+ am. I did communicate this to the hotel staff and they were very kind and helpful and helped me ask gently to my neighbours to be quiet. I would give this hotel a 3/5 only because of the acoustic problem, everything else was great.

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping district and close to bars and eateries.  Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which is unusual but well received. About 20 mins in a taxi from Bilbao airport.  Service was good at check in/out.  Roof top bar is a nice offer with a variety of drinks.  I would stay here again.

Staff was helpful, and location was excellent. The common area is small and out of the way. Our room was clean but amenities were spartan. The pension felt a bit overpriced. Bilbao is worth visiting, not only for the Guggenheim Museum, but for the old town, the food, and Basque atmosphere.

This is an apartment hotel located next to the British company, with subway to the train station and bus station, very convenient. Downstairs and nearby many restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. You can download the hotel's app, you can use your mobile phone to unlock it, which is very convenient. highly recommended!

Very nice and helpful staff, good localization, clean rooms and corridors. To sum up it is a good place to stay for few days if you have some buisness to do nearby.
