"This is an aparthotel, located next to the British Company, with subway access to the train and bus station, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs and nearby. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British Company where you can buy all kinds of food. This hotel does not have a front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only drawback is that after booking, I did not receive any email notification on how to check in. So we went to the hotel entrance, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, and sent us an email with the entrance code. Then you need to check in online, you can use the link in the email or there is a check in machine. To check in, you need to take a photo of the booker's ID and a selfie. Then you need to fill in the ID information of all residents. After checking in, you will receive your room number and password. After entering the room, there is a welcome gift, which contains water and other snacks. Very thoughtful. You can download the hotel's app and unlock the door with your mobile phone, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!"

"In terms of design, this is a nice, beautiful hotel. Comfortable mattress, pillow menu, hair dryer, bathroom amenities... but!! The coffee machine in my room didn't work, complete lack of soundproofing. It felt like I was sleeping on the street among crowds of strolling youth (and the hotel is located right in the Casco Viejo quarter). The coat rack is located right above the kettle and coffee machine. So you have to boil the kettle so that the steam doesn't get on your coat...? Extremely dangerous cotton swabs. I came to the administrator at check-out and showed how you can accidentally pierce your eardrum with one movement. And the price for the night is not small at all. I have no desire to recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and getting to know Bilbao. Alas"

Room for improvement: the in-room safe is broken, and the closet should have doors, much better than a curtain. But above all, the service at breakfast could be improved. The guy in the kitchen the morning I was there was very unfriendly and rude. I asked him if they could make me some scrambled eggs (because the truth is that the healthy breakfast options were very limited), and his response was to slam the door in my face. Very unpleasant; it really has tarnished the rest of his colleagues' work."

We booked breakfast with the room for our stay but were informed by the front desk that the breakfast facility was no longer available and put a coffee machine an a few biscuits in the reception area. We were told that they would refund the amount we paid on our booking to our account but this has not happened."
