"При бронировании был всего один отзыв и то негативный, при этом оценка отеля - 8,9. очень переживала, что будет несоответствие. Оказалось зря) Это конечно не гостиница, а гостевой 3-х этажный дом. Хозяйка живет в этом же доме. За 30 лари готовит завтраки - блинчики, яичница, огурцы, помидоры, сыр , нарезка (колбаса), сосиски. Номер конечно маленький, нет кондиционера. Но нам это не мешало. В горах ночью прохладно, спокойно открывали окно на ночь. Уютный балкончик. В ванной есть все необходимое - гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка с пастой. Красивый с вид из отеля на горы. Рядом частный дом с коровником, утром просыпались под мычание)) Парковка вдоль улицы. До центра поселка минут 10 пешком. Не пожалели, что выбрали эооо вариант."

"I checked out this morning and am writing this review immediately. I drove here alone, and the hotel is very new. The room comfort exceeded my expectations, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. It was a very pleasant two-night stay. For me personally, there are two drawbacks: firstly, the road up the mountain is a bit difficult due to ongoing construction, and secondly, the Wi-Fi in my room was a little weak. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I also saw many other Chinese guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! 👍"

Many people recommended the cabin, so I booked it. However, I'd suggest choosing the 'Rooms' option instead, especially if your budget allows and you don't plan on cooking. We had breakfast at the 'Rooms' dining area, which cost over 100 Lari for two. The view from the window was largely obstructed by the rooftops in front, which was quite disappointing. There are several cabins in the vicinity; ours was a double cabin equipped with a fridge, an induction cooktop, and a washing machine. These amenities would be great for those who need them, but since we didn't, it felt like we'd made the wrong choice for us. You'll need to add the host on WeChat prior to arrival, as they won't add you first and don't speak English. We relied heavily on WeChat's excellent translation function. Despite the language barrier, the host was very nice and helpful.

Good location which face to the Mount Kazbek & Gergeti Trinity Church. If there is Without cloud cover, You can overlook Gergeti Trinity Church. Very helpful staff. And the breakfast is very nice and value of money. Will come back again.

This hotel offers great value for money. Make sure to book their signature rooms – there are only two of them! These signature rooms are in the best location, very spacious, and offer direct views of the mountaintop church. Waking up to the sunlight hitting the church in the morning was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and could communicate in English. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the town market.

I initially wanted to book the popular Room Hotel, but couldn't get a reservation, so I chose this one instead (it was much cheaper than the former), and I was unexpectedly very satisfied! The room was very large, and the mountain view room I booked had a balcony directly facing the snow-capped mountains. Sitting on the balcony at night, I not only took pictures of the Holy Trinity Church lit up on the mountaintop, but also captured the sunrise over the golden mountains the next morning! It was definitely the biggest unexpected surprise of this trip!

The location of the hotel is great! Open the curtains and you can see the Holy Trinity Church and the snow-capped mountains! The room is a little small, but clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, and it's a good experience.

I booked this despite the reviews. Upon arrival, we found wonderful, warm rooms (it was windy and -1 degrees outside). There was hot water, the radiators were warm, and the bed linens and towels were provided. Everything was clean! The only downside was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom, but I think that's just a characteristic of the local sewer system.
