The hotel was very nice and is brand new. The staff was friendly and the service was very good. There were only 2 issues; one, that the walls were a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors at night. Second, the valet was a bit high almost $50 with tax per day. Other than that it was a very nice day great location and spacious rooms. We stayed in on the Jr suites, which I highly recommend if you like a bigger bathroom.

Save your money, this is really poor value for the price. Stood in line for nearly 15 minutes to check in— it appears there’s only one person handling all concierge, check in and guest relations duties. Rooms do not have coffeemakers or coffee. I was told they were taken out during the pandemic. But there aren’t any other complimentary alternatives and honestly I’m not really buying the hygiene explanation given that there aren’t any mask or distancing rules or other visible Covid safety measure being taken otherwise that I can see. Wi-Fi is also not complimentary which was not stated upfront so I was left scrambling trying to figure out how to get online right before a work video conference. The in-room phone was not functional; regardless of which button I pressed, I got a busy signal. So ended up having to look up the number on my phone— nothing else in the room provided contact info for the front desk— and being placed on a lengthy hold. When I expressed surprise about the charge for Wi-Fi the response was that this is common among luxury properties which felt dismissive and also not borne out by experience— I travel extensively at this class of hotel and at the very least they let you know in advance what the Wi-Fi situation is. Really disappointed with this experience.

I recently stayed here for a few days, while working remotely in Dallas with my significant other. By the time we left, we both said how it was the best hotel we had ever been at. To begin with, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, but allowed to be uniquely themselves, and not the 'robotic' default some other chains demand their staff be. The hotel itself is stunning and elegant from a design standpoint, but all while not feeling stuffy. It feels more like a Wes Anderson film, than it does your grandparents' country club -- and I love that. This neighborhood is also going through such a renaissance and provides cool shops and restaurants that are never far away. And finally, the hotel rooms, dining options, and even mini bar all offer top of the line comfort, quality, and uniqueness that cannot be replicated. If you can't tell -- I will be returning, and I cannot recommend it enough.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with good lighting. I enjoyed the comfortable furniture and the amenities in the room. The gym could have used a few more pieces of equipment (a number of attachments were missing from the cable machine), but all in all they did have plenty of equipment to get a solid workout in. Would definitely stay here again. Location great as well.

My third time here, and likely my last. They did however give me a great room assignment based off of the preference call that I made prior to arrival. I am noise sensitive and they assigned me an end-room on the top floor; the entire four day stay was peaceful. And head Concierge Mary is the gem of the hotel; so personable and caring. The front, outside services team is leaps and bounds better than my stay a couple of years ago. Steve was wonderful as were the rest- all very proactive, friendly and welcoming. Again, a big difference from a couple years ago. And they still offer the Lexus driving program which is a great perk of staying at the Mansion, Dallas There was a horrific smell throughout the top floor guest hallway, especially towards the end where my room was. I went down two floors to check if all hallways smelled like this now, and that wasn’t the case. I can’t believe the staff did not notice this nor do anything about it for days. Additionally, the hallway by the gym has old worn carpet, which is a couple years past its replacement requirement, and I just don’t know how they think this is OK. Also smells bad when you enter the locker rooms by the gym. And then for the gym; it is no where near adequate enough for a hotel of the stature that the Mansion once had. A couple aloof, gentlemen that work at the desks in the lobby. This is not necessary, nor appreciated. My first night there I ordered room service and after almost an hour, waiting- at nearly 10 PM, I called and they said it was minutes away. The next morning I called and asked them to please escalate and maybe do something about the charges and they never did, because at check-out they were still there, and I had to request them to be reviewed and possible adjusted. The hotel is in such a wonderful, quiet location right outside the city center in beautiful Turtle Creek and it’s a shame that it’s not quite what it could be.

Great hotel, location, accommodations and food. Luis, the maintenance man fixing a table one morning in the lobby was exceptionally kind, helpful and went out of his way to make certain I was having a great stay. I would strongly recommend staying at the hotel crescent.

My family was displaced for over a month staying in various Airbnb’s around Dallas.Growing weary of bouncing around, a friend suggested I look into the Drey Lofts. I did and was very impressed with the online presentation. I went to see the Village and was not disappointed! The Village is a very well thought out mixed use environment with everything you need in one place! I felt safe and loved the vibe of the Village! Pickleball, Golf, Pools, Gym, Hair salons, Restaurants everything you need is right in the Village! I loved my stay at the Drey! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
GGuest UserThe first thing I will say is ”SHAME ON HILTON!” if they run a staff with so few people. We were there Fri-Sun. There was ONE valet the entire time who worked open to close. He really was one of the best things about the entire hotel experience and worked his butt off! Seriously, the guy has a way of making you smile. The front desk clerk, Estafania, (there were only 2 the entire weekend) was crazy sweet and helpful! The wonderfully great lady at the entrance bar makes amazing drink. THIS IS WHERE THE GOOD ENDS. THIS WAS NOT A $400/NIGHT ROOM! The carpet in the room was gross and stained. The toilet wouldn't flush unless flushed multiple times. When maintenance came, they basically told us to stand and hold the plunger down longer or ”flush twice if you need to”. The TV was a pain and would randomly go back to the menu. The radio never worked correctly and wouldn't stay on and it was the ONLY way in the room to listen to music. There was an area where the clothes hung that had a ”chiller” built in to a cabinet. The thing hummed loudly most of the time. ”BUT! THERE'S A TERRACE!” you say. The chairs were so gross and frayed, we never actually got brave enough to sit in them. Perhaps some of these things are normal in Texas, but we asked for late checkout. Anything beyond 1 hr and it was another $50 to a half day's charge. They promote the ”rooftop bar” but what they forget to tell you is that it's open to the general public. You're not going to find a seat there unless you get there early! We were ”given” a sad little bag of two generic waters as a ”check-in gift”. Valet is $35 a day but after seeing stores CHARGE A VALET just to shop at them, I guess it's not too bad. They hold a $50 a day charge ”in case”. No included breakfast - that will cost you another $15. I had expected nicely decorated and great beds, especially for the price of the room. It had been 12 yrs since I'd had a real vacation. I expected better for the cost.

Rrmh0719The hotel lobby was so nice and inviting. The staff was very friendly. I knocked a star off because all the rooms aren’t updated the same as the photos online. We were with a volleyball team so we were able to see the different rooms. We were on the second floor and our friends rooms were higher up. There is an inaccessible balcony on the second and third floor (maybe even 4th) and then the other rooms above extend out. We had friends on the 7th and 8th floors and their rooms were much larger and updated to what you see in pictures. The bathrooms are also much larger on the higher floors vs the room we had on the second floor. Was our room bad.. it was fine but not only did it need updating so what we saw in photos lined up with the rooms but these rooms were a little more rundown (I.e., part of the baseboard was pulling off the wall). It was nice to just have to take a set of stairs to get to our room but I definitely would’ve preferred a higher floor and larger room since we had 4 people in our room. If it was just one or two people the size would’ve been more easily tolerated (and we did have 4 people listed when we signed up for our room through the volleyball registration). We also had an issue where we did not have enough towels for everyone in our room. The first night they brought us extras and we were able to use those the second night. The third night they didn’t have enough staff to bring us more so they wanted us to come down to get it ourselves. Would I stay here again.. I would.. but I definitely wouldn’t settle for a lower quality room for the same price as the more updated rooms in the future.

GGuest UserI am excited to share our wonderful experience at the Days Inn Market Center on TripAdvisor. Our recent stay with family was nothing short of delightful, with the hotel's warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and prime location ensuring a memorable vacation. The check-in process was a breeze, and the front desk staff went the extra mile to make sure we would be comfortable during our stay. They attended to our needs, provided valuable information about the area, and recommended local attractions and dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably throughout our stay, always making sure we had fresh towels and replenished amenities. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling us to stay connected with friends and family. The hotel's central location in the bustling Market Center was a major advantage. We found it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, public transportation was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to travel further afield. What stood out most was the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were always ready to help with any special requests or assistance, and the communal areas provided a cozy and inviting space for families to relax and unwind. In summary, our stay at Days Inn Market Center was an absolute pleasure, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the area
