I checked in hotel Raja Lima on 27th June with my husband and 5 year old daughter. My checkout was 6 am morning time on 29th June as i need to catch earliest ferry from harbour. I had a flight from Bali airport at 12pm. I would like to highlight my experience in hotel. 1. At 6 am time, when i was checking out, there was no staff just a guard who opened the doors of hotel. Me and my husband were only there to get the luggage out of the room, inspite of informing the staff a day before about our check out time. As we were bringing luggage one by one i just left my daughter for 5 min with the suitcase alone to get another one. Meanwhile, when i came back i saw the guard picking my daughter in her lap deliberately inspite of her telling him to leave her. This is so disgusting. We left the hotel without saying anything as we were getting late but i would certainly like to bring to notice to management as well as the world that please do not book this property as it is not at all safe. 2. The food prepared in the hotel is not up to the mark. We ordered spaghetti and pizza for dinner on 27th June 2024. Pizza was undercooked and was served like just raw bread and vegetables on the top. 3. During our stay there was only one lady at the reception handling both the delivery of kitchen orders plus clients at the reception. So seeing her i took my orders from the reception all by myself, rather than food being served on my table. There was a manager in hotel who even looking at me doing this did not even have courtesy to pick the dishes and just say you please sit, let me serve. I really find Balinese people just rip - off the tourists and they do not have any respect for them. Overall, a very bad experience at the hotel and with people who are managing this place.
