1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. Theres no doubt that the rooms are lovely - large and contemporary rather than typical Balinese style. There is no tea coffee facilities or even a kettle which was very disappointing for a hotel of this standard. It is in a busy area of town so close to the beach and restaurants etc. This does mean lots of traffic and noise and unable to open windows but that is the pay off for the location. The hotel lacks any outdoor space which is a shame. There is a roof terrace but when we went up with a drink there were a few staff there on the chairs, smoking. They didnt offer us a seat so we left. Such a missed opportunity to make this a nice space for guests. We had booked breakfast included but the breakfast menu then given is different and limited from what is shown online. So turned out not very vegan friendly as expected unless paid for something from main menu. They just remove anything from menu offered then they charge extra for oat milk in the one small coffee you get with your breakfast! We didnt then eat dinner there and didnt see anyone else eat there in the evenings which seemed strange considering the places round about it were very busy. Ovarall felt it was a bit overpriced and wouldnt stay there again.

If you are on the fence about whether or not to splurge on LUXE Villas Bali, the answer is YES. Yes, you should splurge and stay here. I have stayed at some boutique luxury villas in Thailand (Amphawa, Khao Yai) and also several J.W. Marriotts (Hua Hin, Phuket). They can't hold a candle to LUXE Villas because the service here is exceptional and unparalleled! The staff is so kind and friendly. They know your name and remember you throughout your stay. The front desk is open 7 AM - 11 PM but they have 24 hr service via the WhatsApp concierge number, so I was able to talk to them in the USA to arrange the car before flying to Indonesia. Anything you could want, they can help you book it - private yoga, private massage, activities, car service, etc. We booked two excursions with outside companies; the LUXE concierge asked for the phone number of the company and from there, LUXE arranged the pick-ups for our excursions. For our early morning excursions Luxe either arranged a breakfast box, or they were able to take our breakfast orders the night before and serve us breakfast at 7:30/8. We met the owner, Paul, and he was also helpful in recommending places in town for us to visit. I asked him about the hotel - he and his wife built it from 2010 - 2014, and did ecological consultation to ensure everything is eco-friendly, including the filtration system, as you can drink from the tap. This is another reason why I chose to book this stay. The hotel is tucked away between picturesque rice paddies. It is located on a motorcycle-only road, but they have bikes to bring your suitcases. I saw families with young children (3 yo) stay at LUXE Villas, and the motorcycle drivers are very gentle when driving so don't worry if you've never ridden one before or have children. For each day you stay, they have a shopfront in town called Luxe Lounge, open from 1 pm - 9 pm. You can drop your shopping bags there to be taken back, or go there when you need to call a ride back to the hotel. If you return after 9 pm, just message the concierge on WhatsApp. The dining service (the Grill @ LUXE) was exceptional. I should write a whole post about the restaurant alone but our best meals in Ubud were here. The truffle mash was to die for! The cost is comparable to an upscale dinner in America but the food quality and service are much, much better. On the booking, I noted that it was our honeymoon and when we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful honeymoon flower welcome sign. They brought us straight to our room and gave us welcome drinks (cucumber refresher) while showing us the suite amenities. The suites are stylish and high-quality in furnishings and fixtures. Only once we finished the tour did they have us sign for check-in (I signed inside the room, not at the check-in desk), and they brought our suitcases up for us. In the evenings when we were in town, they turned down the bed for us and left chocolates on the bedside tables. There was a definite advantag

The hotel location is slightly biased, but the environment is good. There is a swimming pool and spa can be used. We ordered no breakfast. The waiters' attitudes are also very good. Although it is summer, there are no mosquitoes.

This is the first overseas project of Hoshinoya, a luxury brand owned by Japan Hoshino Group, located in the valley of Ubud! Extremely quiet! It was a great travel experience. I only stayed for three days due to a rushed schedule, but it really made me feel like I didn’t want to leave. Every employee is cheerful and enthusiastic. If you have any questions, they can be solved in time. They can chat with you enthusiastically. You can communicate with every staff member in English without any barriers. The hotel's rooms are carefully decorated and equipped with complete facilities. The price of more than 2,000 yuan is really a bargain compared to first-tier hotels! The restaurant is really great! From the presentation to the taste, there is no feeling of being perfunctory at all, and they can enthusiastically recommend dishes to you (they recommended another local wide noodle to us combined with the original pasta, which is really delicious!). The people you interact with the most every day are the restaurant employees. Every one of them is very welcoming and makes you feel like you belong. The location is also very good, basically in the middle of various attractions. The hotel can provide motorcycle rentals which is very convenient! When you go out and go to the left, you are on the hiking route that is highly recommended on xhs (the end point is karsa cafe). All in all, it’s really worth it and makes me want to stay there more often in the future!

A perfect place for peace of mind. Almost all you need from a resort near Ubud. Quite, calm environments. Villas are spacious, clean and luxurious. Staff is polite and friendly. Restaurant options could need some improvement. Minor issue: in some plates ingredients not listed on the menu can be included, as eggs in the club sandwich. Gym includes just the very basic. Yoga classes are provided every morning. The only essential point essential for improvement is, in my opinion the extension of shuttle service to Ubud, as the last one is at 10pm. In addition, extension of possible drop-off points more centrally would be nice. Pick up point of shuttle, at Cocomarket Ubud allows you to shop anything you need. Tip: in the Coco Supermarket you shall find most of the souvenirs are sold in other shops, and even more, at reasonable prices.

Well were do I start...firstly we booked our room for 5 weeks wish we could of stayed longer. We had twin room. The room was large . It had kettle and tea and coffee. Unlimited bottle water. Fridge Safe . Beds were comfortable. Fantastic aircon and also ceiling fans. Room looked as it hadn’t be long since painted. Our rooms were cleaned every day and our beds were changed every day Really lovely Bathroom is and open air one it was huge. Plenty of hot water and really good pressure Toilet worked well. Why I say that is because we have stayed in a few places and they don’t work Every morning you are bought a tray with tea and coffee plus boiling water in a thermos to your balcony which I thought was lovely . So if your up early and the other person isn’t you can sit on balcony enjoy your cup of coffee with out disturbing the other person. Great free wifi The pool was lovely and plenty of chairs around to lay on. Plenty of pool towels also The gardens were beautiful just feel sorry that while we were there we only seen rain twice and Amed needs so much rain it is very dry. But at hotel they were watering every day to keep gardens green. The new manager Alex was very nice. He would alway stop and ask if everything was okay and if we ever needed anything it was not a problem for him. He also would ask if we had any new ideas for the hotel. I think he will be a great manager. What we noticed with him he would stop and chat with all the guests. Alex would always be walking around making sure everything was looking good for guests The owner was a very nice man also and he would stop and talk to us often . The restaurant was great food that we had was lovely. Great chicken curry and fresh fruit platters were amazing. My husband loved the mixed omelette Staff were so lovely and nothing was a problem for them. Very helpful and kind. So thank you to everyone at Oasis for our amazing stay.
