"I accidentally booked this hotel after a recommendation but was very hesitant after doing so, as the price seemed exceedingly low, even for Bali. We were expecting a hot room and lots of mosquitoes, but were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. The facilities are quite basic, but the room was clean and the staff were very pleasant. The buffet breakfast was cheap by hotel standards. It is fine for an overnight stay if you are in transit between locations. I would suggest, though, that you get a room with windows as not all rooms have windows."

"stayed at Aksari Resort with my partner and we had such a wonderful time, even though it was just for one night. The spacious pool, the friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast made our stay perfect. If we had more time, we definitely would have loved to extend our stay. One unforgettable moment was when I accidentally burned myself late at night. Wulan and her team went above and beyond to help me searching for nearby hospitals and arranging a taxi. Their kindness and support made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what made the experience truly special was the amazing staff. The only minor thing was that there was a slight smell in the bathroom of our room. I believe this is something that can be easily improved. Overall, I highly recommend Aksari Resort and would love to return for a longer stay next time."

"Used for overnight hotel after late arrival from airport. Bar closes at 11pm, and so do many others in this area of Kuta. Room hot on arrival, so left card in electric switch and went for a drink at bar, only get one then closed at 11.0pm. Same for a famous sports bar around the corner. Managed to get a drink theIre by paying overprice in cash (extortion⁷) Back to hotel. Notice customers mainly Indian but no problem if you don't mind listening to quite loud Indian patter. Bed and pillows are quite comfortable . My room was quite as at the garden side, so I slept well, I also switched fridge off to reduce heat load . Did not do breakfast so cannot comment, I was hopping to get breakfast at the pool in the morning. But after swim found out they not serve there until after 11Am. Pool and roof area was very good, pool was nice and clean with good water temperature . Safe in room was locked ,not open. Because late did not ask someone to come and open. Shower is over a bath tub in this room type, get upgraded room if you can. Hotel ok for short stay, easy walk to the beach and Restaurants (if you can find open late at night) ."

Upgrading to the Palace was absolutely worth it — the additional services and amenities made a real difference, and we made full use of them. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warm hospitality really elevated our experience. There are multiple pools to choose from, each offering a different atmosphere, and the spa is on another level — beautifully run with highly professional therapists. It was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and we enjoyed it every morning. Overall, this is a highly recommended resort, and we would be very happy to return. "I had a wonderful stay at Lloyd Bali Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room that came with a spacious bathtub and a serene garden view, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The front officers were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the safety guards were always polite and reassuring, making me feel well-taken care of from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return."

"Onyx Park Resort Ubud ended up being our favourite hotel of our whole Bali trip! We were so impressed we initially only booked 2 days and booked on to stay a full week and could easily have stayed longer. The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom, kitchen area, sofa, balcony, and lovely views. The hotel has multiple pools, a big gym, multiple great restaurants, and a smoothie bar. We ended up just relaxing in the resort and didn’t even leave the hotel for a few days we just ate at the restaurants in the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was a short taxi to all the tourist spots / the main centre of ubud. Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough. perfect for a relaxing stay in Ubud!"

"It's an old hotel on a noisy street. Sometimes in the evenings, people would sing loudly on the street in front of the hotel, and it was noisy because my room's balcony overlooked the street. The wifi was very poor; it didn't work for the entire 3-4 days I was there, even though they said they'd fix it tomorrow. They didn't. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. They didn't bring fresh water to the room when I extended my stay."
