Hotel itself were great, water pressure for shower and temperature is extremely good. The view and cleanliness were great. Massage service still acceptable.
Food were great and restaurant staff are in good manner.
However , there’s an unpleasant experience during our trip.
1. We are staying at Villa 2.
Yesterday we were asked by a male hotel staff at reception counter whether consume any drinks, I said none. The staff call housekeeping to check on our room in front of us to reconfirm it. I felt this is too much and we are not checking out that time
2. There’s a room directory in our room, and a QR code to WhatsApp hotel management if have any questions. I did that and all I got the replied is : please refer to room directory. That’s all. No proper explanation , nothing.
3. Checking out hotel on 3/12 , which is today. The same male staff standing at the reception desk and ignore us, until my cousin started to mentioned hello we would like to check out and he just mentioned ok, and took our keys , and again, call housekeeping to check whether we consume any drinks in fridge, more concern on checking any outstanding bill even before we check out ( refer to point 1).
I hope management can look into this matter seriously. We are the guest staying in Villa 2, the most biggest and expensive villa in your hotel. And all we got from that male staff is attitude , and so much care about the drinks fridge and outstanding bill. Proper hospitality training is required for hotel staff. Thanks.
