Excellent location, love the beach front, sunset view.. the poor villa is beautiful

We have a pool villa and stayed for 3 nights. The villa itself is nice but didn’t have any outdoor furniture for us to sit outside. So basically just the bedroom inside and then the pool. The villa is very private which is great. The beach at the front of the property is very nice. Lots of chairs and lounge to sit. Breakfast need to be improved big time. Lots of flies on every items. The toaster never work. The service is very odd, lots of staff but they seem to be busy talking amount themselves.

The place is not well-equipped at all. There are limited alcohol options, and basic food varieties were unavailable, with the excuse given that they were sold out. Salmon was not available from the menu because it was deemed too expensive for the purchasing team. Similarly, butter chicken was unavailable, claimed to be sold out before dinner even began. None of the basic premium brands of alcohol were available. Furthermore, the rooms had a significant mosquito infestation, making it impossible to sleep at night. All three rooms experienced malfunctioning air conditioning systems. I don't recommend the place at all the only saving grace was the staff.

Totally awesome experience! We had a One Bedroom Premiere Private Pool Villa (407). Unforgettable experience for us as we never had a private pool. Definitely recommend this resort and we would stay again when visiting. They have a great breakfast which is on the beach and beside the outdoor pool. Not sure about lunch or dinner but there some nice local restaurants outside of the resort. Cheer’s

Nice place nice staff

the hotel service staff is not very kind. The breakfast is so so. The shower water is so so weak and lack of hot water.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The room was good with a nice big modern bathroom with good water pressure. The pool in the villa was a good size. The beach was very inviting with comfy beach chairs. Its in a very chilled location and very quiet. Perfect location for a sunset. I would definitely stay again

Private pool was really nice in our room, we had some issues with our room and the staff was able to re-locate and upgrade our room was very pleased with this. Very accommodating staff

Great location - staff working hard to bring hotel up to speed after COVID.

The hotel is located on the coast with its own beach. But because of the rocks at the entrance to the water it is impossible to go in. If you plan to enjoy the view of the ocean, then this is a good location. The hotel is green everywhere, in our room there was a frangipani tree and you could take flowers for decoration every time. The hotel is definitely not 5 *, I think 3 + *. When checking out, the staff checked the room, this is strange for 5 *. Needs repair, the breakfast was average, but there is a choice of eggs, omelet, you will not go hungry, but the food is mediocre. The hotel has a free shuttle to the pier. We did not know this when we arrived, it was necessary to contact the hotel in advance.

There were small ants in the room, but as a short stopover it was acceptable since it was on an island after all.

I stayed in three hotels in Bali, and this is the one with the worst service in my opinion, but the most expensive one When I booked the room, it was said that there would be a pick-up service. I couldn’t find a way to contact the hotel. I tried various methods of customer service, such as calling, emailing, whatsapp, etc. when they arrived at the local area. In the end, they replied to the email very late and asked us to contact us via WhatsApp. A five-star hotel should take the initiative to WhatsApp guests and provide a phone number when booking a room. When we left, we booked a pick-up service at 9:45. We wanted to check out at 9:00 and have breakfast before leaving, but the staff asked us to get in the car when we checked out. Finally, we hurriedly finished our breakfast and left. The view of the hotel is beautiful, but the service is really bad, and I will not stay again

Poor environment and outdated facilities

The location is very good, the beach is in front, the swimming pool and the room are also very beautiful, but the cleaning is not in place, the floor is dirty, basically not cleaned at all, ask the cleaning staff to clean it again, it is barely OK
