It was the terrible experience. The room was very small room without balcony and windows are filthy. The view was not to the garden, it was to the garbage(( I want to cancel my booking, but it impossible.

Hotel breakfast is great, however if you are travelling with kids not much you can do in the hotel, other then pool and same play room, out of the hotel the night markets usually sells all the same items. But is a good place to chill and relax in the pool and outside the hotel Kuta beach.

Just opposite to the kuta beach and 10 mins walking distance from the biggest mall in Bali. Hotel cleanliness is great and the buffet breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Hotel staff are generally friendly.p

Great hotel! No complaints. Their hospitality is 100%. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is great. Breakfast spread was delicious. Kids would love it here.

Great pool area. Loved having a water dispenser on every floor to fill my water daily which saved a lot of money as I drink a lot of water.
2 for 1 happy hour most of the day.
The pool food was delicious just so much tax goes in the bill so pricey to eat there.
Location is right along the beach though so has everything close by.
The cost to stay was very pricey though and no breakfast included was disappointing for $257 a night just for myself. I wouldn’t stay again for this price. My friend stayed 1 night and only paid $169 so I wasn’t happy they got it $100 cheaper when I paid 7 nights it should be cheaper the longer you stay.
I will rethink trip.com next time as my other friend got cheaper price through the hotel direct.
I felt I got ripped off and didn’t like that I couldn’t cancel and move hotels have way through my stay. Most sites let you cancel 24hrs prior where trip.com
Was 7 days prior which was annoying as decided to change locations inbetween this 7 day period but it was too late.

Staff were friendly. The only negative aspect was I found an insect in a drink I ordered at the pool bar. Though the drink was replaced, the amount wasn’t refunded.
