We had some issues when we checked in. The wrong room was advertised compared to what we received on arrival. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views. Not family friendly would definitely recommend to honeymooners and couples. The floating breakfast was amazing and pictures at their gorgeous pool

I had a lovely stay at the Horison Ume. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room is spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the canyon. Breakfast great too. As a bonus, it’s a short walk to the pyramids of chi, if you enjoy meditations and sound healing.

The hotel is completely consistent with the photo. Breakfast is a buffet of sweets, fruits and vegetables, and the rest is a choice from the breakfast menu. Beautiful presentation and delicious 👌🏻 There is a shuttle to Ubud every 2 hours to the very center, without traffic jams it takes 15 minutes. In the room (we had 204) there are welcome fruits, water, tea and coffee. Daily cleaning and change of towels. In the bathroom there is a shower and a bath (more for beauty). From the hotel we went on an excursion to the Batur volcano (transfer there and back), at a price like everywhere else in the city 550 thousand rupees. The territory is clean and well-groomed, the pool is open from 08:00 to 19:00.

There is a very beautiful swimming pool on the territory with a view of the jungle and rice terraces. It is especially beautiful here in the evening, they turn on the lighting in the pool. The staff was friendly, the rooms are neat, the breakfasts are also very good

The front desk service is very considerate and the environment is beautiful and hygienic. However, the hotel is some distance from the city, so you need to take the hotel car back and forth at the designated time. 

I stayed twice at this beautiful place and had a great time. The location is serene and quiet, with beautiful views and lots of greenery and flowers. I had a villa with my own pool and plenty of space. The entire complex is well taken care of and nestled into the mountain. The staff was exceptional, friendly and very attentive, at the reception, restaurant and the day club. The latter offers a nice vibe and infinity pool, drinks and food. Wahyuda and the others did an amazing job, thanks to all for making my stay very relaxing!

I had the pleasure of staying at this splendid hotel for over a week and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The helpful staff and overall service was of the highest standard. The double room was great and the views from the private balcony were breathtaking. And also the location is right next to a lovely Balinese village! Everything about this hotel was great!

Pillow & bed extremely comfy! Breakfast is so so but the view, staff & hospitality is top notch. For the price we are paying, it’s definitely worth it. Definitely will be back with family in the future. Give some more love for this place! Also it’s not so far from Ubud central.

We had our best experience on Bali in this hotel. The complex is clean and the installations are recents and well maintained, the food is really good, the staff is always there for you. They all have been really kind and cheerful with us. Special thanks to Tawan, for his time and tips about what to do near Ubud and about his culture, we’ll never forget those conversations, thank you again. Had our honeymoon here! Everything was perfect, amazing resort. Interior, amenities, food and ambience so comforting relaxing peaceful and so beautiful. Great experience so far in Ubud. Thankyou UME and team. Keep up the best work... love!

I really impressed with the atmosphere, facilities and homy staff services. The appointed GM - Mr Benny was really great Manager supporting with friendly manners of the employee. I would recommend these hotel for those who need privacy and quiet place for the recharged your own life energy. Nice Hotel, beautiful view from my room, the pool was a good Ambience , the variety of breakfast looks nice ,the good taste of food ,clean room fast of service when I am check in , find the staff friendly and I would like stay again next trip in this hotel. Good Service
