good location, nice staff, good hotels, not bad, all good thankssssss

The service attitude is very good and the front desk is helpful. The room is very spacious and has a balcony where you can dry clothes and sit and rest. The biggest advantage is that it is super close to the ferry port, less than 3 minutes' walk, and the alley is where the boatmen gather to check in. You can store your luggage here before going to Penida, so you don't have to drag it to the boat. The hotel is very new and Grab couldn't locate it, so when I ordered delivery, it was delivered to the wrong place. In addition, the hygiene of the room needs to be improved, and the kitchen utensils are not cleaned and have stains. However, the room price is very cheap, so we don't ask for much. In the evening, you can hear music playing in restaurants outside until midnight. Fortunately, you can bring earplugs to drown out the sound.

I was so happy that it was right in front of the port! Clean and great. It was good!

The hotel is located near Sanur Pier. The rooms are relatively large and relatively new. It has a swimming pool and is very cost-effective for a short stay. However, hotels outside the street are noisy until early in the morning, so choose carefully if you mind.

Location right at the entrance to the speed boats for Nusa Penida and Lembogan, if you have a connection for these Islands early in the morning, ideal location otherwise very out of the center of Sanur and few restaurants and no spa. Very noisy and during rush hour it takes 1 hour by car for 300m…… Sector of no interest

Nice place but unfortunately I had booked 2 weeks there but construction work was so noisy I had to leave after 2 days management was good and refunded my money be happy to go back there

Arrived with great expectation to the Griya Shanti Suites after a pleasant 4 nights at Greenhost in Jogya seeing the fascinating sites of central Java. Our desire for pool time was squashed on arrival as pool closed for maintenance. Then up to a very spacious immaculate well appointed room. Slept well! Should have skipped breakfast as it was ordered in - and tasteless. I should have just booked the room and had breakfast at one of the cafes across the road. Tip if catching a taxi from Kuta: get off at Prime Plaza and walk to Jl Matahari Terbit.

We booked and discovered after check in that they are doing construction and the pool was closed. I also was booking last minute and booked for one guest instead of 2 which makes no price difference but they decided that they only wanted to give us one breakfast because of this and had us pay $100,000RP for the second one which was quite annoying, we had to pre-order it when we got there so it was a money grab and it came out cold. We ended up just going elsewhere for breakfast. This resort is also behind a night club called brother beer which was blasting music until all hours of the morning

Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges.
