The experience at the villa in Bali Ubud did not meet our expectations, despite its high internet ratings. The rooms were dirty, with stains on the beds and towels, and lacked basic amenities like closets, hairdryers, kettles, and slippers. The most concerning aspect was the noise from neighbouring rooms, as well as the presence of spider webs on the ceiling light, various insects, and lizards in the rooms. Additionally, the bathroom had issues with drainage and cleanliness, while the pool, though beautiful, was dirty and lacked evening lighting.
It's unfortunate that the owner was unwilling to speak with me about a concern but afterwards the housekeeper passed my message . However overall staff were very helpful in all ways and the breakfast options were limited and portions were small.

Superior services, friendly helpful multitasking staff! Delicious breakfast, clean new comfy establishment, very pleasant stay!
