"I loved staying here, and would highly recommend booking your stay here too. The staff were fantastic and really made the holiday so special. The food was good and they are happy to cater to you if you would like something different ( I was a vegetarian and they made some different meals for me ) their service was amazing and I felt like they really cared. The gardens throughout hotel was stunning and it had a wonderful vibe to it all. I would highly recommend staying here. location is great, I felt safe staying here as they had security at the gate when you entered the place, and there was always someone in reception at all times and had safes In the rooms. "This hotel is conveniently located just over 4 km from the airport and also close to Kuta Beach. You can take a leisurely walk to the beach in about half an hour in the evening, and it's easy to find shops for daily necessities. We noticed quite a few tour groups staying here. Near the hotel entrance, there were people inquiring about car rentals for tours. A heads-up: you'll definitely need to bargain for these. You can usually haggle the price down to around 600,000 Indonesian Rupiah, but it seems that price might not include fuel. Even if fuel isn't included, you should be able to secure a car for around 700,000 IDR."

Upgrading to the Palace was absolutely worth it — the additional services and amenities made a real difference, and we made full use of them. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. There are multiple pools to choose from, each offering a different atmosphere, and the spa is on another level — beautifully run with highly professional therapists. It was a highlight of our stay. "I had a great experience at Ammara. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with good aircon. Balcony overlooking pool was relaxing. Location is great with a short walk to Legian & Kuta beach and bustling night-life and restaurants. Highly recommend. Also recommend the Pad on Bene for a great resto-bar only 2 mind away."
