The room is very good The service staff is good Free fruit Free laundry for two nights, the laundry is also good, I washed it twice, and I let the thin clothes to be washed carefully, and they washed very well and soft Not bad

It's a bit dirty, the sheets and other things are quite dirty. There is free laundry service, but they wasted two white clothes for me because they were stained... There are a lot of bugs, they bit me a lot... There are also lizards, bugs that I can't name, it's a bit scary... The service is pretty good, but I deducted some points for the mosquitos. The spa inside is good, you can jump into the swimming pool when you open the door of the room, and there is free coffee and juice to drink. It's really hard to find at the door, hahaha

The bathroom will smell if it is not ventilated for a long time, and the air conditioner must be turned on to make it better. The location is close to the main road, and the sound insulation is poor. You can always hear the sound of vehicles passing by. The dining options nearby are relatively limited, and you basically have to take a taxi to go out, but the hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is a plus~ The overall service is very good, very enthusiastic, the breakfast is also delicious, and they also treated us to free afternoon tea😆

The hotel is very nice, the space is large, and the decoration is very unique (very nice), but the sound insulation is not good, it will be noisy at night, only breakfast is served, and there are a few ants (due to the relatively open nature of the room)

It is a newly built accommodation in 24 years, so it is clean, emotional, and pretty. The breakfast is great, there are no bugs, and the room and bathroom are clean. However, it is quite noisy because it is adjacent to a major road, and the location is remote, so it is inconvenient to walk.

The service was very good and the breakfast was rich. The front desk was very helpful, but the room we stayed in faced the street and it was very noisy. The vehicles were honking and accelerating. We had to walk a long way to find a good hotel.

I am very disappointed with the service handled by the manager directly, very arrogant and lack of English education, which is a bad experience for me and my husband to stay there, from the many places I have visited, and get good service if I meet a manager, but in this place the manager has a very bad attitude, handing over guest complaints to his subordinates, you should learn to speak English properly, a manager's speaking style is like a playgroup child! and very little understanding of what the guest is asking for!

We had arranged with Klumpu villas for collect from airport on arrival After coming out of arrivals and waiting a while decided to call There had been some confusion on collection time Not sure why because in communication before hand it was very clear. But was put right and 30mins later driver arrived Reception staff were very nice and villa was beautiful Very clean Amenities were good Breakfast outside villa was exceptional Pool was lovely Had a couples massage which was amazing. Would definitely recommend This place is little walk to beach or Sanur centre but free lift was given Staff really can’t do enough for you They are very welcoming and friendly I did request 2 twice for a small breakfast box to be put up for us as morning we left, we were going at 3.20am on trip to heavens gate Nothing had been left for us. But would still give 9 out of 10 and return
