The Santai js a hidden gem! Despite the location isn’t the most tourist friendly one, it has everything it takes to be a perfect resort. The very helpful staff, the spacious villa with a sizeable pool, the delicious in-villa dining…we just cannot ask for more at this extremely reasonable price. Special thanks for Ruan and Bagas who went all the way to make our stay an enjoyable one. I will come again in my next Bali trip.

Overall is not bad, happy to stay. We stayed two nights here in 3 bedrooms villa. The breakfast is delicious.

Topnotch. Exceptional. Upon entry, I was elated to see the nice architecture, very unique interior design that showcases nature. Even though it’s not near the beach, the feeling of nature abounds— landscaping and greens even inside the rooms. Excellent indoor/outdoor feeling. Everything looks better than the pictures. Our private villa felt like a private oasis, almost like a second home. Kids had a wonderful time in the private pool with our own outdoor lounge and kitchen/dining area. We had a private chef cook for us (Chef Gede) and even booked his cooking class at the comfort of our own villa. Again, superb. I had an accident during the trip and they were kind enough to provide me with all the things I needed—even putting on a ramp without my asking. 🤎 Service was top notch. They accommodated my requests for errands. They have a WhatsApp number so everything was just a text away. Cleaning was done thoroughly and promptly every day. Amenities were beyond expectation. They decorated the villa for my sister’s birthday and even provided a complimentary cake. Walking distance from the villa are coffee shops and restaurants, although the villa didn’t make us want to go out anymore. A place to just chill and breathe in nature, and the perfect way to find yourself. Truly, the Santai was our home away from home. Thank you for giving us a great Bali experience 🤎

Although there is no Chinese-speaking waiter, you can contact the butler through Wathapp software, and use Google Translate software to get it done with one click. The service is very good, and a free one-hour SPA for 2 people is also provided

The price/performance ratio is ok, the room design is relatively novel, but there are many shortcomings, many bugs, biting the child all over, the hygiene is average, the pillow core is yellow, and the bed sheets are stained! Breakfast is ok.

Relatively native, with local characteristics. Between Kuta and Ubud, the access road is narrow. Breakfast also has local specialties

We had the best time at Santai it was more than we expected , beautiful villa, massive pool, amazing staff & a delicious breakfast served daily in the restaurant or brought to the villa. The kids didn’t want to leave, only regret is not booking the villa for the whole trip.

Ambience is nice and calm, staff Ayu is friendly and helpful, the location is not far from the center city of Seminyak, and most of all the pool is unique and big; the room is big and the bathroom is awesome…with outdoor concept and having wonderful outdoor bathtub - Laurence K
