Food options available near the hotel within 10-20 mins walk. Hotel room was clean and swimming pool was fun to play in. There’s also a Jacuzzi with warm water for a nice dip in the morning. Check-ins and Check-out was easy.

We had a grate time at this hotel.The service and staffs are amazing. I want to stay again!

This price is simply great value! Awesome! Whether it is service or room furnishings, the cleanliness has a qualified five-star standard. The fly in the ointment is that the location is a bit poor. You can't walk to Nusa Dua Beach and you have to take a shuttle or take a taxi, but the hotel is very interesting. The swimming pool is super fun, and there are many activities in the kids club. You can also feed rabbits! The price of breakfast is also very rich!

Hotel deworming effect is not good. The momo restaurant has a lot of mosquitoes, and I was bitten by about 10 bags during one meal. . . Moreover, the mosquitoes are vicious, and the bites are swollen, and it is still very itchy after returning home for a few days

There are many small squirrels where the hotel eats the buffet breakfast. We have seen children feeding it. It is very suitable for bringing children and the whole family goes there to relax. . . . . .

Our family of three stayed at the Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens for 6 nights. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the resort! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everyone at the resort was welcoming, so hospitable and extremely professional. The front desk crew including Chandra, Mini, Adele, Queen, Nandya, Christian and Hero greeted us warmly with a smile and by name every time we walked through the lobby. They helped us to attend to any needs that we had such as securing a taxi or answering questions regarding our stay. If we were waiting in the lobby for a taxi, someone would offer us a cold glass of ice tea or water while we waited. Our gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bath with living room and full kitchen villa (Room #804 ) was meticulously cleaned daily by Swedi and Grig as well as others. Everything was tidied up nicely and items were replaced if necessary. The villa was so comfortable, especially the beds, and it felt like home during our stay. There was an endless supply of bottled water as well as tea bags, coffee and sugar. The kitchen included a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer. We received a delicious box of Christmas cookies on Christmas Day. The cookies, along with towel animals on the beds were such a nice touch and so thoughtful. Our room was on the ground level and opened up to the amazing pool area with plenty of loungers. The only downside was that it closed at 7:00pm each night. The lazy river circling the restaurant is fun to float around with a drink. It’s great that pool tubes are provided. It was so nice to be able to utilize the pool at the Marriott Courtyard as well. It had a rain forest feel to it. We took advantage of Happy Hour nearly every day at either resort. We also ate at the Dapur Santai Pool Bar and Grill at the Gardens and had an great meal. We took the shuttle bus two times to the Beach Club which was 10 minutes away from the resort. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas to utilize. You are given a beach towel and have access to private restrooms and outdoor showers. There is a lovely bar area and lunch can be ordered. There are also restaurants on the beach within walking distance. We went to Kekeb Restaurant, Balinese Food Nusa Dua and sat right on the beach for a delicious lunch. You can also walk to two peninsula islands for some interesting sights. The beach and water are beautiful but it is a shame that there can be some garbage on the beach and also floating in the water at times. When you are ready to leave the Beach Club for the resort, notify someone who works there and they will notify the resort. Be sure to check to schedule. There is also a separate shuttle to the Bali Collection which is a shopping area located near the Beach Club. Just call the front desk for a spot on the shuttle. There is a schedule at the front desk. We went to the C Spa on the Courtyard property for massages and they were so relaxing! It’s a great way to start your vacation especially after a long

This is just another place where it feels like you have come home to familiar faces, warm hugs and lots of chatter and banter. They welcomed us back like family. Thank you so much to everyone for making our anniversary stay a special one. Special thanks to : our favourite housekeeping friends, Lila, Janu and Adi the best front desk brothers and sisters, Chandra, Mini, Ray, Chiyo, Tyson and manager Hero. We missed Julie the other manager this trip as she was away on her own holiday :) Street food, minimarts, restaurants and souvenirs are all within walking distance

Vacationed here 22/29 Nov 23.... would have to agree with everything that has already been said on TripAdvisor. Re:- breakfast food.....definitely not to British tastes (don't forget this hotel is frequented by more non Europeans)... but a good breakfast could be found (apart from our normal fried breakfast sausages). One big shout out really does go to an housekeeping girl called 'Ayu'..... she made the room up 4 out of the 7 days we stayed there & the difference was awesome (not to say the others weren't good... they were).... my wife at times could not wait to get back to the room to see what she'd done to make the room look different.... she made up different animals each day from towels .... she'd obviously made her own little details at home to add to the looks.... The British Bulldog looked stunning... the elephant awesome.... her masterpiece was a long nose dog with sunglasses.... could not stop laughing......but also she made the bed cover into different shapes each.....an imagination to match Banksy ( well nearly).....thank you AYU.

This is a beautiful resort. It does NOT however provide a typical Balinese experience, no private pool, breakfast not included and decor sterile. Location is good and service was fine. More authentic accommodation in UBUD. I used points, therefore the reason for staying in NUSA DUA.
