Very nice hotel and staff service!! I love the swimming pool and environment! Wanna stay here more days

Very good experience of staying here. Good service, good butler, good spa, good villa and good location. My kids are so fond of the 2 bedrooms villa. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Yudi. The place was very nice and clean, the food was great. Very nice honeymoon experience, recommended 👍🏻

The room was really clean and staffs were very friendly. Just the swimming pool was a bit small.

The villa is super big and I like that they have provided the vegan sunscreen. They will have a butler to serve you but you will need to dial him using the phone in the room. There is 30 minutes foot massage but there is only one woman who work so make sure you book earlier and if you go with your friends you need to split into different sessions. Also afternoon tea session is till late 10:30pm and that is a very good service. Breakfast I suggest to try the Indonesian fried rice. The pool in the villa is super nice and I added a little bit money to add the floating breakfast and it looks so good with the pool to take pictures.

The reception is helpful and the villa is elegant There is a private swimming pool in our villa and can request to have breakfast on the swimming pool. There is also foot massage service included in the package and the service is quite acceptable. The location is close to the airport and around 15 mins journey by grab. Recommend this hotel to anyone deciding to have a travel at Bali.

Was a bit doubtful for a pool with a villa to offer such a value price. Stay 4 night is my biggest testimonial to the joy of staying there. Service was good and the spa was professional.

This hotel is very good, the environment, location and other aspects are great, the food and service are also great. After shopping, I came back to enjoy the 30-minute foot massage, which was so comfortable. I ate the meal in the hotel restaurant on the last night, and it tasted very good. This hotel may be the most satisfactory one in this trip to Bali

As soon as I entered, the cozy atmosphere of my own home rather than a lodging had a different sense of space. I would also like to express my gratitude for the service and breakfast, etc. being delivered to the room. The thoughtfulness of providing mosquito repellent and spray to prevent mosquitoes in the evening was also very good. (I think I should ask for one more mosquito repellent.) The only downside was that the space was large, but the lighting was too bright, so it felt a little eerie at night, which was scary. The location was good for going to the city and the nearby market. The overall layout of the interior was great, but if they paid more money and paid attention to the water quality of the private pool and improved the doors and rusted parts in the future, I would be willing to visit again at any time.

I stayed in a triple room and arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk service was very patient. There is a separate swimming pool. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The experience is good. The taste is average. The overall service attitude is good.
