Good location, near bypass, good service, clean and comfortable.

Location is very good and also it has access to mall Bali galeria which is one of the biggest mall in Bali. Room is spacious, ac and water heater is operating well. Bed is also quite big and comfy. Staff is very nice and Quick respons The thing that need improvement is the bed and pillow sheet cleanliness. It has stained that is very obvious and the pillow is smelling bad odour After all its still a nice experience stay in Harris Kuta Galeria

Its a pleasant surprise for me that an old establishment manage to keep up with the cleanliness to the extend of spick n span. Im not exaggerating but u can try it. The chiller is in good clean condition, bed sheet linen as white as snow without any undesirable stain, the water pressure for shower is just perfect n aircon power isnt that bad, basic toilet amenities provided, tv channels signal is good and service is pretty awesome. The gastronomical delights are to die for, its fantastic. I ordered room service for 3 consecutive days, its never disappointing. Its located just beside kuta galleria mall and the access door from the hotel to the mall premises is opened daily from 1000hrs to 2200hrs. However the location isnt as strategic if the mall closes. Due to its location beside a main expressway, no convenient stores within walking distance, its better to stock up all u need in e room during the mall operational hours. So not much complain. Kudos to all e staff n management. Keep it up.

Good breakfasts, location quiet close to airport, walking distance to the mall galleria

We stayed for just a night on our last night in Bali. Location is easy access to the airport and close to Galleria. Pros: Location Breakfast Cons: Cleanliness- comforter stained with blood spots that we had to ask for a change at 10pm. Had to follow up after half an hour as there was no sight of housekeeping Room- dirty and torn curtains. Bathroom- from showerheads to taps show obvious rust. Tiles and flooring need a good scrub. Noisy- hotel guests loiter at the corridor to chat. As there was hardly and sound proofing, we had to open our door a few times and signalled to them to keep their voices down.

Its in the same location with Mal Bali Galeria..so really easy to search for food. Its also quite near with Kuta area.

Clean in the room is not good condition, maybe must improvement for the condition. I hope in the future harris kuta galeria always success

A modests hotel. The room & facility are okay. Connected to a big shopping mall makes it an ideal & easy stay. Somehow lighting in bathroom is very dim. The tap water is salty, better to buy bottled water for brushing teeth.
