Bedsheet, bed, pillow cases are a bit old and cleanliness aren’t very ideal. I was feeling itchy the entire night. Rest including locations and hardware are good.

We had a great stay all facilities were excellent and in a great location to explore Uluwatu
Only downfall was kids club was not running very often as the staff were occupied at the spa and it felt like an inconvenience to them to use it

We liked the hotel very much, room was spacious and good luxury feeling, bathtub is great, breakfest very good, staff is kind. Only minus in our experience was the spa, we took 90 min balanise massage and didn't enjoy treatment at all, wasn't proffesional comparing to any other massage we took at other 5 star resorts or even simple massage street shop. Dissapointing altough raddison can fix it. I recommand the hotel stay, food and facilities.

Amazing room and facilities with great breakfast buffet and food in general. The hotel is very self-contained with all necessary amenities (including an ironing board! And the TV comcasts Netflix from iphones, which is a rare treat). Quite nicely situated in Uluwatu as a whole, only downside is that it's quite a long walk in from the main road. Would be nice if they provided a shuttle or buggy out though. Loved my stay here.

One of the best hotels that I’ve ever been. Staff is very responsible and kind. Room is very comfortable, no noise inside. Hotel restaurants are amazing!

The hotel is excellent and very clean. Breakfast is various but not my type. The staff are friendly but just one staff, so we wait for a while to check out. However,it’s a good experience to stay in the hotel.

Decent hotel, pool and public area is amazing.
Breakfast buffet is so so, but does come with decent varieties.
The only complaint I have is the unreasonably policy on two tiny water bottles per room per day. When there's no convenience store nearby, and you're staying with another guest in a room, it doesn't make sense to not give complimentary water bottles to guests.
