The staff was friendly. I arrived a little late. It's close to the airport. The front desk was very helpful. I had the best sleep after traveling for so many days, and my cold felt much better when I woke up. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but they are neat, clean, quiet and very cost-effective. It’s so healing to lie down in the swimming pool with some air in the morning.

For the price, it's a really good accommodation compared to Korea. The staff are friendly... But.. I recommend a one-night stay on the day you arrive or leave from the airport.~ Spend a few thousand won more for a stay and go to a better place

I highly recommend the Pondok Sari Hotel to all ... the Operation Manager Ketut Udiana and indeed all staff were more than helpful and friendly through my stay. This was my second visit to the Pondok Sari Hotel and their pool is an ideal size with a great garden outlook to feel perfectly relaxed. This is what drew me back for a second visit. The king size bed and in-room coffee and tea service certainly helps too. Alan Tipper Adelaide Australia Will be back again in November

well done. mr putu.is very friendly, helpful and hardworking. he handle us very attentively. we arrived at pretty late, request for additional pillow and change of ground floor room is possible. we are very happy here, especially by the help of mr putu.

What a beautiful place and hospitality. Siti who manages the property is a wonderful person. She helped us a lot and managed our trip to perfection. Arik who works with her is also a humble person. The service and facilities are upto the mark and once you visit the property you’ll understand the how good this is in terms of connectivity, cleanliness, service.

My best hotel experience ever. I do a lot of travel but this one was the top notch!! We’re looking for hotel near the Airport and find this beautiful place. The pool was great and the room also spacious and clean, we love how they maintain the small garden which this make us feels like home. On our check out date, we were waiting our transport and the reception Siti and the manager taught us some Bahasa Indonesia which this one also memorable. Our kids don’t want to leave the hotel because they love to see the turtles. Overall was an amazing experience and would definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip.

The place is peaceful and staff are very nice & accomodating esp. Siti in the accomodation area. The place is recommendable. Looking for possible cone back with other family members and friends. Also the pool is clean and very nice to dip. Breakfast is also nice

the place is a bit in the alley but still strategic, there is a swimming pool, restaurant, the place is comfortable, clean, beautiful, and all the staff are friendly. If you want to stay overnight with a Balinese atmosphere, staying here is perfect and I highly recommend it❤️

All staff are very very kind and polite. They always to do best for customers. When I have a problem they help me immediately. I n the room , there is a Big TV on the wall , water sever and nice balcony .Water sever is too convenient. It’s also near the pool. There are traditional restaurants , convenience stores and Bank within walking distance. This hotel is good for traveling alone and family.

Been going here for 10 years staff are very kind if you have a problem staff are quick to get to you. garden is beautiful always maintained pool is cleaned everyday beautiful music hotel isn’t fare from beach would definitely recommend you to visit and stay here.

The staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and very helpful. Pool is a good size and the grounds are gorgeous with a few different sitting areas. Rooms are cozy and if there is any issues the staff are quick and well to respond

Everything is great, Mr. Putu and Ms. Siti is very helpful on the front desk. Mr. Made was very friendly and Mrs. Selly cooked really nice continental breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. We have a late check/in and still felt very welcoming.
