Good location to explore Sanur, not far from the airport. Friendly staff and good price.

The best thing about this place is the location. It’s in the middle of the popular street of Sanur full of cafes, restaurants, spas, etc. it’s also quite near the beach. We stayed in a room at level 2, the water pressure was bad. It took me a long time to have a good shower. Cleanliness, especially in the toilet, can be improved. I could tell the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were some stains on the bedsheets too. We endured it as we only stayed for a night b4 flying back the next day. However I probably won’t be back again.

Strategic location, close to all the cafes, restaurants, saloon. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff

Great location, nice and central, good service, breakfast is sufficient, staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed there for 11 nights and we liked it! The beach (Karang Beach) is within walking distance!

We booked a garden Junior Suite. They gave us room no. 303. It was most certainly not a suite. Dark. Dingy. Bare concrete walls. Very claustrophobic. Shocking floor plan. Bathroom so far away from the bedroom. Split level and very dangerous stairs. We were booked for 3 nights we left after 2. Staff were lovely but do not upgrade to a suite as you may get this terrible room.

+ The towels were nice The location was great - ”You get what you pay for”, but still I feel I paid too much for this stay. If you only need a room for the night, and you are busy on adventures during the days, this hotel could be suitable, but then you can not be sensitive to sounds…cause the fridge continuously making load humming noise, the toilet continuously drips, the music outside from the street in the evenings/nights echoes through the walls. You should not check in here if you want to sunbathe by the pool the whole day, the sun's rays do not reach down to the sunbeds because of the small courtyard and the lush greenery. The pressure in the shower could ask for much more. The light in the room feels like an operating room. Can't say anything about the breakfast, cause I wasn't attracted by the small seating area where the breakfast was served and as I felt it was nicer and easy to find a café out on the street to settle down at.

The breakfast was not good at all staff didn’t understand sometimes what we were asking The only good think was when we went to the island Gill Trawangan they kept our luggage till we came back for 6 days.

Everything from check in to check out was excellent at Nesa. The staff is attentive and friendly. My room very clean with all options functioning. Their pool clean and refreshing. The breakfast was very limited and pedestrian. Totally disliked the choice of toast on every meal. Location could not have been any better, other than a much more expensive one on the beach. The price when booked early was fair and competitive. Now living in Jogya the past four years following eight in Sanur, I am very selective as to accommodation when visiting. I highly recommend Nesa.

They can improve the breakfast only. But it was so cozy and clean. The location is really very good. Easy access to the beach and attractions

Our stay at Nesa Sanur was great, beach is a short walk away and everything you need right on the main street. The rooms were quite clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Daily breakfast was large portions and 6 or so options you could choose each morning and they would make it fresh. Pool is nice and quiet. Only complaint we had was the very loud music from a nearby bar playing til at least 11pm and sometimes closer to 12am. It's obnoxiously loud, not sure why the hotel doesn't complain to them to turn it down for their guests. Otherwise can't fault the place and the staff were lovely.

I think it is a 2-star hotel, very basic, the hotel was very cheap, very convenient, the staff were excellent. So if you are looking for a cheap basic hotel this is perfect
