Nice hotel located in quiet area. Direct access from the hotel to very beautiful cosy dreamland beach.

Booked 3 nights , when we went there it was so humid and the room full of mold , we couldn't breathe and started sneezing and coughing , we directly went to reception and requested cancellation and refund which they accepted and told us to wait for the app to accept it , so we left but next day we've been surprised that the app accepted the refund and hotel refused it .

Very good experience. You can see a very good view from the rooftop.The most unforgettable time is sunset.You can swim in the pool and watch the endless sunset.Breakfast is included 7 to 10 am.Light snacks are served in the evening until 7pm.After 7pm, there is a live band start at 7pm. The room is fully equipped with hair dryer.The only problem is that the internet is not that good in this area. But it is acceptable.Very memorable.

Had a great experience here. The service was very friendly and helpful. The Jazz bbq event was a nice way to relax and eat some delicious food.

Wi-Fi was great - much better than in all other Bali hotels, including 5*. The staff performed well & was friendly. The room was ok, spacious enough. Direct access from the hotel to the Dreamland beach and nice view from the rooftop restaurant were an asset. But they should totally review the hotel's kitchen operations as the food was absolutely tasteless, cold, made of cheap ingredients and rarely replenished at the breakfast buffet. They also arranged free music & cultural shows for the guests, but the bands invited seemed to be unclaimed elsewhere.

The room was spacious. Super nice view over looking the beach from the restaurant and pool. However, no nearby restaurants. But if you want a hotek that is quiet, I would recommend this.

Very good price for what you get. The rooms are spacious and clean. Some rooms looked old and under repair but didn't affect my stay. The view during breakfast is amazing.

Such a great standard of hotel, beautiful staff and super friendly. Breakfast and Dinner buffet are really nice!! Rooftop bar and swimming pool is amazing and super close to daydream beach. Definitely would highly recommend.

This place shouldn’t be called hotel . It is just building with mold everywhere and smell everywhere. Building which is rotten and smells. Pay for 2 nights left after 1 night straight to doctors as my body break with inflammation and rush from mold. Second person in family end up with asthma attack in emergency. Manager  is awful inhuman person without any skills in hospitality .No matter what you complain about all they say they are sorry no solutions also apparently he told me is my problem I don’t like room I paid for and litarelly walk of .And I did pay for most expensive category room so don’t bother to think if you get better from it will be better . Horrible horrible experience never happened to me before and I have been travelling world past 30 years  frequently  staying only in 5 star resort and hotel  but this is horror movie experience.

Extremely disappointed. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. What bothered me the most was the lack of cleanliness. It’s not a complete disaster, but when you book a 5-star hotel, you expect the room to be spotless. The air conditioning had an unpleasant odor, the bedding was just average, and I found hairs in the bathroom, along with spiders and sand. These kinds of issues are usually things you’d overlook in a 2- or 3-star hotel, but they’re unacceptable at this level. The food was awful—avoid eating at the hotel and explore the surrounding area instead; Bali has much better options to offer. Honestly, the place feels like a 5-star hotel stuck in the 1970s, with a dated American vibe. On the bright side, the Japanese-style toilets were a nice touch, but overall, the experience was very underwhelming.

Am a seasoned traveller. Our stay was very enjoyable. Rooms and amenities feel very spacious. Staff is very friendly. Uluwatu is a very cool area by scooter. Short walk to Bali's best surfing beach. Strongly recommended.

Very nice view and close to the dreamland beach.

The infrastructure could be amazing but the maintenance is very poor. Cleaning was awful. You can smell mold everywhere. We found a mushroom growing behind our bathroom door. The beach is not close. The pool is old. There is only one good thing: the view.
