Sens Hotel Spa + Conference Ubud Town Centre Reviews

Nice hotel. They welcomed us with a drink and a cake. Nice stay who always greets you when you come back at the hotel. The room was nice, comfortable bed and clean. The swimming pool was right in front of our room on the ground floor. Sometimes it was noisy. The man working at the parking was very friendly.

Such a great location, walking distance to bars, laundry mats, convenience stores, barbers, restaurants, cafes, beauty salon, market and shops. We had a connecting room for 2adults/3kids on the ground floor. Small space with a glassed bathroom but beds large and comfortable.. Had a small piece of cake and tea upon check in, was yummy! We didn’t opt to include breakfast here as after having a few included in our previous accommodations, thought we’d have a break but their breakfast did look good! Easy access to the pool, water cold but refreshing after a day out. Thanks for having us! We’ll be staying here again when we return to Ubud ☺️

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful with any service. I like the spa promotion offered for hotel guests. The bed was comfy and big for a single room. It is located near the temple, walkable to tourist places such as art galleries, art market, palace and so on.

They forgot our welcome drinks. But other than that, everything is great!

there were stains on the bed linens and towel was a bit black (could be due to having washed many times)

Loved this hotel so near by my favorite vegan restaurant Sayuri is super clean and nice for business travelers is perfect !

Location was good. Room was comfortable except it was a little noisy at night from the bar opposite the hotel.

It is super well located to be able to access many restaurants and facilities nearby in the center of Ubud and main road. However there’s a bar or place which plays music quite loud in the evening/night. For the people who sleep early would better take another hotel which is more quiet. The room was clean enough but the some beddings smelled they were not completely dried. Staffs are super friendly and and kind.

Room was okay, there was quite a bit of dust everywhere. Service was great, they took good care of us, knew our dietary requirements and took the responsibility to remind us what we could and couldn’t eat. Pool was a slight disappointment, as it wasn’t like the pictures and there was no sunshine because of the building blocking it. Location was great, right in the centre of ubud town

The hotel is small, the rooms are small too, the beds are uncomfortable. The pool is hidden from the sun, I didn't want to swim there. In general, there were no special comments about the hotel, because the delicious breakfasts and super convenient location improved the situation.

Good place to stay as it is in the centre of the Ubud area with the attractions and the market nearby. The hotel was very clean. The staff are super friendly and always around to assist

Their service is quite good, but they really need to do something about the smell in the room. It smells quite mouldy.
