I will start by saying that the hotel seems to have 4 valley villas, and they do not all look like the pictures. The size of the pool and view from it depends on which room you are assigned. I was given a room on the lower level and was very disappointed by the view and the amount of bugs in the room, including dead bugs all around the bathtub and even in my bed. They were full that night so I had to stay in that room, but the next day someone checked out and I was able to move to a higher level room. This room was much better; the pool was much larger, had a more panoramic view and the room had a lot less bugs (though still some, as well as lizards in the ceiling). So just be aware of the inconsistencies across the same tier rooms (I wasn’t upgraded, just moved to a different valley villa, and the difference was astounding). The service at the hotel was excellent; they were very eager to make sure I enjoyed my stay, and as an apology for my earlier disappointment and the inconvenience of changing rooms they gave me a free floating breakfast, free hour massage, free flower bath and free minibar. This was above and beyond what I expected, and I was very impressed with the hospitality. The location for me was great as I had already seen everything in Ubud, I had come to this hotel to stay in the resort and enjoy the jungle. It may be an inconvenient location if you are wanting to explore the downtown area. The spa was a very relaxing experience, with very warm and welcoming staff. My butler Dewa was also amazing, ensuring I was satisfied throughout my stay. I would stay here again, but would make sure to request room 902.

Is the most amazing hotel in live in bali , it was good experience very nice view and very good room , staff so friendly and helpful they make us so confortable at hotel , food also is very good and delicious, really i love my stay there it was too short for one night i wish next time come back there , and really thank you for the gift i get when i Check out

The stay was marvellous and the staff were super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Kayon Jungle Resort. The food, however was pretty average and sometimes the staff were unorganised and forgot about our requests

5 star service and resort , they even have a personal butler to attend to your needs but the interior of spa seems really dated and needs an uplift. Food is great too . Pool is really beautiful but you will be surprised it is too cold - in Bali, which is really a surprise

Absolutely beautiful resort and amazing hospitality and service! From any angle any spot in the resort it’s a hit! I do recommend to take the complimentary photoshooting session and reduce your own time to take photos with your phone and all, as the photographer is a real pro!

Located in the mountains on the outskirts of Ubud, it is not easily accessible by public transport, but it does provide a wonderful, uninterrupted space.
The staff are very friendly and the service is impeccable.
This time we stayed in a villa with a private pool, but even without a pool in the room you can still enjoy yourself.
There are sofas at the shared pool, but some were left unused as people had left their luggage there all day to reserve a spot. Some people wanted to use them but were unable to because they were not available, so this is the only thing they could improve.
Other than that it was just great!
I actually wanted to extend my stay, but the rooms were full so I couldn't. If you go to Bali, this is a hotel you should stay at. If you want to relax, it's best to stay at least two nights.

The hotel is magnificent, the view is breathtaking, the premium suite with jacuzzi and private pool was just incredible, everything is perfect, impeccable cleanliness, frankly no negative points, our advisor during our stay was so nice (I'm really sad because I didn't remember his first name to mention it), I recommend this hotel, you won't regret it.

The overall feeling is okay, not the kind of particularly warm reception, which is a bit different from the adiwana experience we had in Ubud! The resort is not big, there is not much to visit, but the 3rd floor swimming pool is quite impressive! It is not recommended to go to their SPA, it is very expensive and not cost-effective. While waiting to check in (you can only check in at 16:00, but you entered the room after cleaning at 3 o'clock) I had a foot massage, 1400K+ including tax for 2 people, 45 minutes, the price is a bit confusing 😂
Facilities: The swimming pool is good, there is also a soaking pool, and the room facilities are okay, but there are more mosquitoes at night, and they get in under the door. I am speechless! This is a common problem in Ubud! It would be better if the door cracks were tighter! It is far from the city, and it takes an hour by hotel shuttle.
