Everything was very good! From the moment I arrived Dewa helped me with everything I needed, he was super helpful. If you need help with transportation or a tour don't hesitate to ask him. As for the room, it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean, hygienic, comfortable and tastes good The service staff has a very good attitude, especially patiently explaining everything, providing pick-up and drop-off cars, and renting motorcycles. The arrangement is very convenient

I have stayed in three or four hotels in Bali. This one has good value for money, the check-in process is smooth, the room is large, and the surrounding environment is quite good. I may choose this hotel again in the future.

It's a stand-alone cottage, very comfortable to live alone. There was a little accident, but the boss solved it quickly. It's very close to the beach.

I recently stayed in this place and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's elegant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities made my stay truly memorable. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring. The facilities is okay, its pretty clean n neat tho. I am surprised with the really good price, def will come again Love the environment and the garden. This location is quiet strategist, u can go down to find food and minimarket. Its 800m from the main road

The accomodation is very greenery and comfortable. Though it is located quite further inside but it's still reachable through walks, Ratu Cottage is also close to restaurants. There's air conditioner and it's also cold, the water pressure at the cottage is good which make this place as the accomodation that I stay while having my leisure holiday. The staffs are also very friendly that it feels like family while staying here.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, great mattresses. Room is nice, has an area in front to sit and dry clothes. Able to rent motorbikes as well. Ambience is very peaceful and serene. Staff are friendly, and the place has a family vibe. Great value for money

Great value for money. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly and drove us back to the fast boat for free. Was able to rent a scooter through them. Condition of bath room was average, but still clean and worth the price you pay. This is the place for you for a quality budget stay

Wow. My stay here has been nothing short of incredible. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and all my needs are taken care of. I wake up every morning to have a delicious breakfast and tea made for me. I was able to rent a moped. Unfortunately I ended up getting in a small accident and Putut and his friend helped me with the repercussions from that and then some. I am so amazed by the compassion I have encountered here. Also they picked me up from the harbour after organizing my boat over, set me up with a snorkeling tour, had recommendations for places to go and tips on how to get there, cleaned my room, took my laundry in for me, etc. The bungalow itself is beautiful. WiFi. Outlets. Comfy bed. A spacious bathroom. And there is a place to refill water in the lobby. Thank you so much guys! I hope to be back one day(:

The reception guy was an absolute legend. My friend was so sick and he took her to the hospital without hesitating. He spent plenty of time with her and helped as much as he could and he didn't want to accept any money for it. The rooms are perfect according to the price and the scooter that we rent there was amazing too. Terima kasih!!!! 10/10

For this price i got a bungalow for myself?! Spacious. Lovely. Sho many pretty plants! 🪴 Staffs so nice n helpful. Available 24/7 like 911. Perfect if you like chill place. They said swimming pool is soon to come whee🐬
